We spent 6 days at Atelier for our honeymoon and it was magical! Our butlers were Suyin and Yatzy and they were beyond amazing. They were very attentive and helped us navigate the resort activities and restaurants . I’m going to miss both of them. The house keepers were amazing as well. Our room was always clean with fresh towels and bottled water. The food was amazing! There’s always something to eat at every Corner of the resort! The beach is beautiful , so many cabanas especially if you book the inspira package it’s worth it! We will definitely be back .

Delicious food, helpful staff, and an overall great experience. Domingo and Hiram were warm, responsive, and attentive. We were very impressed with the building and the amenities. Only issue was one or two details in execution -- the staff attempted to clean the room on a few occasions despite us making it clear that we didn't want any cleaning whatsoever during our stay. And I found some hard inedible shell in one of the petit fours when we ate at Maria Delores. Otherwise a great experience that we would recommend to friends and family.

This resort is absolutely stunning. My room was amazing, I loved the swim out pool. The maids did a great job taking care of our room. We loved the beach the pools and the food and drinks. Also that was the best gym I have ever seen at a resort. I also loved Albas right next to the gym, great planning. Special shout out to Hiram and Domingo our butler’s made us feel right at home I hope to see them when we return next year. What a wonderful experience!

We Just returned from this hotel and we wanted to leave our honest opinion of it which we hope is constructive and informative. This was our second time at this resort and also had the privilege to visit all Secrets and Excellence resorts in Mexico. The Pros: Beautiful property and gorgeous room. The hotel itself and the grounds in particular are beautiful and well maintained. All the decorations in the restaurants are simply worth taken pictures; so modern and unique. The staff are absolutely lovely and always polite, friendly and helpful. We would like to recognize the following employees: Demarys, Pool server Jose Luis, Kipai server Jacinto, Mercado server Omar, El Suspiro server Hugo, Lemon Y Sal server Marco, Cala De Luna, server Manuel, Takeschi server Marianne, Bikini Azul server The Cons: The check-in process was a nightmare, very slow and personnel not properly trained for this category of hotel that is highly rated. No specific security around the pool, the younger audience were able to smoke or vape at their convenience and play loud music that was quite disturbing since the resort plays their own music on a daily basis. Awaken every night around 2 A.M. by people screaming and yelling in the corridor. The meal options for lunch could be improved. The food which we found in all restaurants was very average. After a nice day in the sun, just before going to bed we wanted to listen to television. Well…The TV does not apply to a luxury hotel: Channels are limited and there is no easy way to navigate. Additional info: During our visit (1st week of December), the average age was between 25 to 45, which was quite different in 2019. As for the dress code, well who cares, men can wear their bermudas with their sandals. We assume that Management at this hotel will do to everything to please the clientele.
