The most wonderful resort.
Atelier is an amazing hotel. The facilities are gorgeous, the staff are uniformly attentive and helpful, and the food is fabulous. Don’t miss the spa. Tequila tasting class was great fun. Beach and pool are wonderful. Can’t say enough good things!! Particularly impressed with Mira, Grissel, and Arturo among the Inspira staff.

Great place!
Amazing resort! Food, drinks and service are top notch! Facilities are very well kept and we wanted for nothing. Sinue at the building 3 pool and Enrique at Kopai were extremely attentive and happy to recommend drinks and food. Don’t skip on the Crème Brûlée martini at Bar de la Calle for a nice treat!

Get away from the cold weather!!!
Everything was very nice. Our Butlers were always ready to make it happen for us. Didn’t like the outcome of the Super Bowl game, but the party was great. Loved the place. We all said we should have booked a few more days. We will return. Our butler Victor was so helpful.

Best all-inclusive resort by far
Hands down the best all-inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. By far the most attentive, cleanest, most accommodating place. Could not recommend this enough. The resort was spotless, not a single complaint. At the pool Damaris was excellent - incredibly attentive, waiting for us each day with our favorite orders. Cannot say enough good things about Damaris. Would recommend this in a heartbeat to anyone and can't wait to come back!

Spectacular view and great service
The facilities are lovely and the service is consistent and top notch. Our room was spotless and well stocked, we even had a rooftop patio with a view to a pool, golf and the ocean. Hiram and Martin attended our every need. Thanks, we’ll be back!
