We returned to the Plettenberg this year and have not been disappointed. The hotel and staff are just as wonderful as they were last year and you never want to leave. The rooms are stunning, pure luxury and comfort. The food is delicious and ALL the staff are outstanding. I had an amazing massage which was so relaxing. Will I come back? You bet in a flash !

We stayed at The Plettenberg for 3 nights as part of our Garden Route drive. What can I say everything about this hotel is 5 star. The staff were excellent, everyone we encountered were extremely professional and helpful. Our room was stunning and as we were there for our wedding anniversary they very kindly left us some champagne and cake. The weather wasn’t great whilst we were there but we managed a few hours sun bathing on the deck and watched the whales in the bay - just beautiful

From check in to check out a first class experience. This is a team effort and as a guest you feel the professional approach. Loved everything about the accommodation and the whales in the bay on our first morning was magic. We watched all of their antics from our room no. 56
