Good For A Single Night
The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet paper is Angel Soft (literally still wrapped), the room is the size of a closet (literally) with the tv on the wall facing the windows and not towards seating apart from a stiff single person chair. There’s no place to put clothes if you stay any period of time, apart from a small coat closet that has stuff in it already (robes, safe, etc). The internet dropped often. Construction was heard bright and early. And we were accosted by the homeless population every time we waited for valet to bring our car. The upper floors (we were on the 3rd) was extremely outdated as well. The staff was very kind (apart from the one who put in for the early check out), and the library was gorgeous. The food menu was overpriced and didn’t deliver in taste. And the drinks were extremely strong.

Fun downtown stay
The hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, everything exceeded my expectations from booking online. We had a corner room with a great view of the city below. The room has a really cool modern look but also preserves the classic elements of the older building. The location in downtown was a huge plus. We would definitely stay again or recommend to to friends and family visiting Portland.

First Time to Portland
First time to Portland and what a great choice picking g the Heathman! it is in the middle of downtown. Will return staff was wonderful and the restaurant had excellent food. Special thanks to Dean from Engineering for addressing our concern.

Great place to stay in Portland
Incredible service by Chris. Another guest made some very early morning noise. When I mentioned this I was offered a different room. Much appreciated and made for a comfortable stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful Highly recommend staying. Great location. Nice rooms. Coffee in the morning. And much more

Great location
Really enjoyed this hotel! It was clean and updated. Comfortable bed and quiet room. We had the corner king and it had a great view. The only negative was the housekeeper trying to come in every hour starting at 9 even though check out is at noon and we told her we’d be staying the whole time. So much for sleeping in like we’d planned.
