The Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Portland

My second trip to The Nines and this stay was as delightful as my first. The Nines has such a wonderful vibe and so many options for food, cocktails and relaxation. One thing I tend to notice is the care from the hotel staff. The staff at The Nines is fantastic.. from Cruz to Poe to Eric... all of who truly wanted the experience top be the best expereince. The Nines is simply my Portland home away from home.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The atmosphere of the room was warm and welcoming, thanks to the soft but bright lightening. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The check-in desk attendant, Janessa was exceptionally polite and welcoming. I was a little perturbed from my travels and not knowing what to expect. She gave me reassurance and put my feelings at ease. This is the definition of hospitality at its finest. Nick, who was the bellman was also very kind. As a whole, I highly recommend The Nines Hotel for your next trip to Portland, Oregon.

Love this hotel. This was our second time staying The Nines property and this time we brought along a group of friends. Customer service there is nothing short of excellent. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the restaurants, both Urban Famer and Departure are fantastic. Honorable mentions to Lukus at the reservations desk. He remembered my husband and I from the last time we visited and he is such a warm delight. He is very personable and cares about you as an individual. I was excited to see him and honestly, I looked forward to seeing him each day. Patrick, head of concierge is another one that I want to give a shout out about. He was fantastic! I worked with Patrick before our visit to set up reservations for special outings and dinners for our group. His expertise and attention to detail is impeccable. You cant go wrong staying at The Nines, especially with a staff as great as Patrick and Lukus. They made our stay top notch!

Awful. I have stayed here over 30 times. I lose my wallet. I don't have my physical amex. I have already paid for the room. They refuse to check me in without the card. I drive home 4 hours at 1AM. I had apple pay and they have a record of me staying there over 30 times. To boot, they charge me for the room they would not check me into. They refuse to give a refund. I'm staying at the Ritz from now on. The Ritz is a much better choice and experience. Terrible
