Surprised by Marriot luxury
The hotel was similar to the Four Seasons . Great service, excellent staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and great bathroom. From arrival to departure great hospitality. The food credit was useful for a great breakfast and a late dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic downtown Portland stay
We stayed at The Nines for our 33rd wedding anniversary. It was a spectacular stay. Our concierge Cruz was so helpful in setting up flowers in the room and a few other extras too. We had champagne and strawberries waiting for us when we arrived and rose petals on the bed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Best Pet Friendly Hotel in Portland
Came to Portland looking for a pet friendly hotel, and man did we land on one. The staff aknowledged our dog "Mr. Pig" and remembered him by name every day. We spent our off time on the 8th floor in the lobby area and the staff brought water in a dog bowl for Mr. Pig and offered treats. You don't see this often from hotels. While the pets are not allowed in the 8th floor restaurant, one of the managers, Bryan held our dog and pet him while we ordered breakfast and some coffees. You could tell he was a dog owner as he cared for our dog as if it was his own. He knew just where to scratch behind the ears. We look forward to coming back to this hotel and will recommend whenever anyone brings up Portland. Simply the best pet hotel in Portland.

What a great stay
We had such an amazing stay again this year at The Nines! Everyone there is so kind and helpful. Cruz & the whole Nines Concierge Team were so helpful. We had fun having drinks in the bar and we got great discounts for the Adidas store. It was just a great trip with our family. We’ll be back next year!

Stellar Staff and Lovely Hotel
I went to The Nines to celebrate my birthday. Every part of the trip was incredible. Upon our arrival, they surprised me with charcuterie and cava in our room. We had the corner room to see the tree-lighting ceremony and holiday singalong. Every employee was thoughtful and kind. Janessa, Anandi, Clint, and the entire team there were stellar. We live in Eugene and will be sure to come back soon. Thank you all for a truly memorable experience!
