Above and beyond service
The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant was a great place to unwind with friends. The best part however was the staff. They learned that my daughter was in town after being admitted to OSU and they decorated the room with school colors and treats to congratulate her. It was so special and made us fans for life!

Lovely hotel
Truly lovely hotel and staff. The lobby is wonderful, filled with beautiful art and comfortable furniture. Dined in the hotel twice, Destinations on the rooftop was outstanding. I was very disappointed in Urban Farmer, which is the only reason I'm not giving the hotel a 5.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality at The Nines Hotel. The staff was beyond welcoming and friendly, making us feel truly valued as guests. Special recognition goes to the manager, Clint Kuoer, whose dedication to exceptional service was unbelievable. The attention to detail and genuine care for guests set this hotel apart from others we’ve stayed at. Our stay was nothing short of amazing—one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and top-tier service, we highly recommend The Nines Hotel. We can’t wait to return

Memorable birthday trip
We had an incredible experience at the Nines for my birthday. Cruz with the concierge team reached out before our stay to offer help with reservations during our time in Portland. We were using our Fine Hotel/Amex benefits and she provided all the details of what was included. We had an amazing room with an incredible view and very comfortable bed. We were greeted with balloons, champagne and a birthday card from the staff. We dined at Departure for dinner which is always exceptional and Urban farmer for breakfast which was also great. We enjoyed being able to ride peloton before heading back home. First class service, highly recommend!

Phenomenal stay
The Nines hotel was the nicest hotel I stayed in while in Portland. The hotel staff went above and beyond, but Janessa truly made my stay unforgettable! Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made my experience wonderful.
