I went to The Nines to celebrate my birthday. Every part of the trip was incredible. Upon our arrival, they surprised me with charcuterie and cava in our room. We had the corner room to see the tree-lighting ceremony and holiday singalong. Every employee was thoughtful and kind. Janessa, Anandi, Clint, and the entire team there were stellar. We live in Eugene and will be sure to come back soon. Thank you all for a truly memorable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Nines. Everyone was so kind and attentive. They provided dog beds and bowls for our little pups, who were also welcomed without any issues. Janessa at the front desk checked us in and provided excellent restaurant suggestions for us to check out while in Portland. The room was clean, and despite being in the middle of downtown, we didn't have any issues with noise from inside or outside disturbing us. Valets (shout out to Arash) did a good job getting cars in and out quickly, and we found the text system easy to use. Fantastic experience all around.

First, the contact with staff at the hotel was the very best I have ever had, before and at check in. Cruz emailed me before I arrived and said he would do his best to accommodate my requests. Then when I checked in, Janessa went beyond expectations and found me the perfect room. As to the hotel itself, the room was comfy, the pillows and bed perfect. And it was really nice to have such an organized valet parking crew: everyone was professional and clearly cares about their customers.

Our team had the opportunity to provide medical care for one of your guests. Staff needed to visit multiple times at all hours of the day/night. Your valets and bell staff, Scott in particular, went above and beyond. They made it super easy for our staff to get the access they needed.

From the moment we were given the warmest welcome by Anandi at the check in desk, we were treated like special friends being welcomed home. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the guest rooms are wonderful. Comfortable beds. Beautiful bathrooms. Stunning decor everywhere you look. Urban Farmer was spectacular at lunch and mediocre and overpriced at breakfast. Valet was sensational. Would not choose any other hotel in Portland. Thank you for making this visit so memorable.
