Almanac X Alcron Prague

My daughter and I were visiting European city’s Christmas Markets as part of a three-city trip. We started in Prague, and made the best choice by staying at the Almanac X. We had great service from the staff, comfortable accommodations, and felt very taken care of. 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, clean and beautiful, in the city center and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the old city. The rooms are large and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent! There is an option to choose a dish from a menu (like porridge with berries or a poached egg with salmon. The avocado toast is less tasty because in my opinion the avocado is not real/fresh...) In addition there is a cold and hot buffet with lots of variety and everything is really delicious. The hotel staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming, but the service at the bar was bad.. We waited a long time (more than 30min each time) for drinks and a cheese and meat platter which we thought was a little poor..

Great Hotel, rooms are fantastic. Only 1 bad review about this hotel is the bar and restaurant are closed in the afternoons and the bar service Is dreadful. drinks takes 30 minutes at least to come on three different visits and was only ordering 2 red wine and a beer, we had to cancel 1 of our orders as we had a reservation booked elsewhere but was still invoiced for the drinks taken that we didn’t receive so that made us late for our restaurant booking as everything takes an age to sort out.my advice, as a male business owner with lots of staff is you need employ ladies as they work faster and more efficiently than the staff you currently have. This review should have been a 5 stars review, unfortunately bar service let you down. Being polite and pleasant is great but bar men locking stressed out when the bar was a 1/4 full and almost empty Not good.

would like to bring to your attention some cleanliness issues I encountered during my stay. Upon entering my room, I noticed a visible spider web on the window, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. In addition, I found dust on the drinking glasses in the room, further contributing to my concerns about the overall cleanliness. These issues were disappointing, especially given the high standards I associate with your hotel. I kindly ask that you review your cleaning protocols to ensure all areas, including windows, corners, and glassware, are properly attended to. I trust this matter will be addressed to prevent future occurrences
