We had a great few days at the Andaz Prague. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout and a real credit to the hotel. Service in the bar and restaurant were equally great. The lobby and bar were interestingly decorated, comfortable and modern but with a real sense of individuality appropriate the historic building. We stayed in an Andaz Suite, incredibly spacious, nicely furnished and on the whole it worked very well. The only odd choice was the lack of closet/wardrobe space. Cases and clothing were stored near the entrance to the suite, and a long way from the bedroom and bathroom which was a bit impractical simply because the suite was so large!. To be fair, the layout maximized the use of space in the constraints existing building fabric so it's a minor quibble. The hotel is located a short walk from the historic town and major sights. and has a tram stop right outside the rear entrance. Getting around to everything we wanted to see was a breeze. Overall we were extremely impressed with the Andaz, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great five star hotel.

Andaz is fabulous. It's in the heart of Prague; is luxuriuos without feeling pretentious; is classy yet cute; and is a 5* feeling of opulence but in a boutique way. The staff are all incredibly helpful, courteous, and go out of their way to ensure you have what you need. The rooms are well appointed, stylish, and were comfortable for the 4 nights. The breakfast menu is good but could use some variables and ability to customize the offerings further. Definitely will stay here again when next in Prague.

Incredible performance from Hyatt corporate reservations and Front desk From (I think) Rajesh. My daughter is studying in Paris this semester and took a weekend trip to Prague. She went with some fellow students who had rented an Airbnb. It became evident that there was friction With one of the boys in the group . She was stressed and frightened. I called My Hyatt rep in the USA who book a room Immediately for her at the Andaz in Prague. I had her packed up and out with an uber to the Andaz. The front desk was aware of the situation and worked to get her into a room as quickly as possible. She had no slept or shower from the prior night. They made her a coffee, showed compassion and got her into a room as soon as possible . As a worried father And a loyal Hyatt traveler I felt it was important to share. We are so quick so Comment on a minor inconvenience, When having employees perform like this Creates customers for life Thanks Hyatt. Reservations and Hyatt Andaz Gary M

The breakfast is absolutely fabulous, a truly memorable experience that we would gladly repeat. (However, it is worth noting that during breakfast, a staff member brings you the bill to sign without inquiring whether you have finished ordering—all-you-can-eat, is it not?). The rooms are spacious, functional, and meticulously designed, with great attention to detail. All areas, including the rooms, are impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team is exceptionally professional. The staff is friendly, courteous, and genuinely appears to make every effort to ensure guests feel at ease, which made us feel truly at home during our stay. However, I believe there is considerable room for improvement in terms of service quality. Prior to our arrival, the team responded promptly to all our requests, but I had specifically asked for a bottle of champagne to be placed in our room, freshly chilled, to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. While we were pleased that the room was ready by 1 PM, there was no champagne or welcome amenity upon our arrival. Initially, I assumed they would provide the welcome items later, but upon our return, I was extremely disappointed to find that what I had specifically requested, and had received written confirmation of well in advance, was entirely missing. Furthermore, the table was left bare, lacking even the basic amenities, which is not in line with the standards one would expect from a 5-star hotel. When I approached the front desk to inquire about the missing items, no apologies were offered, nor any explanation provided. The receptionist merely asked me to wait while consulting with their supervisor. Yet, where were the supervisors, whom I never had the opportunity to meet? Eventually, when the cake and champagne were delivered, I was surprised to see that the birthday message was addressed to someone else, not to my girlfriend. While we had an excellent experience during check-in, it was quite disappointing that no one asked about the quality of our stay during check-out, which I believe to be a significant oversight.

We own a boutique hotel in Sweden and are extremely happy with our stay. The room was fantastic with large windows out to the city, coffee machine and free minibar. The cleaning service is exceptional and even includes turn down in the evenings and they even closed the blinds (a really nice extra attention to detail). The bathroom was top class with lovely extras such as a light by your feet so you dont have to turn on the full lights in the middle of the night. Even a little ledge for your phone while you are on the toilette. The breakfast was amazing, with an a la carte menu that covers most bases and a lighter buffé on top of that. The interior is well designed and elegant. I would highly recommend the Andaz Prague.
