Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the rooms were of a good size and clean Good shower although it is in the bath so getting in to the shower could be difficult for some Comfy bed and plenty of storage We enjoyed the breakfast which was on level 2, the selection is excellent and the service was also excellent run by a very nice lady called S’te’panka who was really nice The bar in the evening was good but it did close rather early around 2230 which was a shame We stayed here for 5 nights our friends four nights and enjoyed it; the location is pretty central and we found most attractions easily within walking distance

A lovely hotel, great location for lots of walking or trams at top of the street. Shopping centre a block down the road and major shopping centre a relatively easy walk away. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Reception staff were helpful. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in Prague.

First time visiting Prague, wasn't sure what to expect, chose this hotel as it was on the edge of old and new towns. It did not disappoint. First impression was WOW! it is a beautiful building. The staff super friendly and very helpful. We were in room 509, it was clean, warm, cosy and it had a bath! I always look forward to having a deep bath while away and this was super. Water pressure was great (often huge disappointment) toiletries were Rituals, smelt delicious. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first night, and lunch on our last day. Food was gorgous. We really enjoyed our stay and hoping to return next year. The location was spot on. We walked everywhere, but everywhere was easy to get to. We found numerous Christmas markets, museums and little shopping centres. We had a really fun trip. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the Hotel Palace Praha from September 20-24.... This portion was the highlight of a month-long birthday present to my daughter. We couldn't have picked a better hotel or location to start her first journey in Europe. The staff and hotel went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. By way of thanks, I have been talking about that experience to all my friends and relatives. I would hope to try to duplicate the experience, but am sure it was once in a lifetime.

We were extremely pleased with Hotel Palace Praha and we were treated as royalty. The highlight of the experience was the dinner. The hotel restaurant is magnificently decorated in Art Nouveau style (as is most of Prague) and the Maitre d' greeted us as old friends. We had three waiters and they included a bottle of wine. The piano player made the evening special (and romantic) and the food was outstanding.

The service at the Hotel Palace Praha was exceptional. Not only did they arrange a car to meet us at the airport, they decorated our lovely room with a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, candles and rose petals with a note wishing us a happy honeymoon. The restaurant staff was among the most friendly we met on our whole trip. The live jazz band in the restaurant even played for us the first dance song from our wedding. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know...

In October we traveled to Prague, Czech Republic, and the Hotel Palace Praha. The hotel was wonderful, luxurious but unpretentious, and our room was beautiful with one of the hotel’s few balconies. The service was exceptional, the location perfect, but the highlight was dinner. I am something of a 'foodie', both gourmet and gourmand, and we have eaten our way through three-star restaurants of a number of countries, but I have never had a better, more graciously served, or more memorable meal than that included in our package - and the (included) outstanding Czech wine was a revelation.
