Amazing historic hotel

Amazing hotel which exceeded our high expectations. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The room was wonderfully appointed. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Breakfast was very tasty and ample. The location was exactly as we hoped. Quiet but also close to Charles bridge the castle restaurants etc. very very highly recommended

Beautiful, comfortable and kind

This boutique hotel is not only beautiful in every detail — the staff is extraordinary. The hotel literature essentially says that the establishment's goal is to nurture you. This is not mere marketing. It's really true. I saw it in the faces of staff whom I interacted with, and in all of the little gestures of kindness, such as a treat before bed offered with delight. The bed was heaven. Breakfast was delicious and varied. And that's only the beginning. I can't really do the place and the people justice with my words.

One of the Best!

My wife and I visited Prague in October to attend the NHL Global Series. This was my third trip to the Golden Well Hotel. My first visit was in 2008 when the Golden Well first opened. It immediately became one of our favorites. Sixteen years later, the Golden Well still ranks at the top of the list. The location is excellent; the service is terrific; and breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

An Ideal location for our 25th Anniversary Trip!

This hotel is great! The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The location is ideal—secluded but also right near everything! This was very fancy compared to my usual hotels, but well worth it. I cannot think of anything they could have done better. There is a huge bathtub, great bathrooms, a pillow menu!, and great service.

A little taste of heaven

This hotel was fabulous from start to finish! Every member of staff was lovely, polite and professional. The breakfast is to die for as are the little treats left in your room, wine and appetisers in the afternoon, coffee any time of day.............pure indulgence . Last but certainly not least a mention to the housekeeping staff who keep the place immaculate. Thank you to all who go the extra mile to make it a truly fantastic holiday

Hotel U Zlate Studne was fabulous! The staff was gracious and attentive. Our Grande Deluxe guest room included every amenity as described. The food was excellent! The property itself is tucked away in a residential area. It is within a few blocks of public transportation, making this a great home base for sightseeing and shopping. Five-Star Quality!

We spent 3 nights at this delightful hotel, and everything about the stay surpassed our expectations. The hotel has everything you could ask for in a luxury property, at very moderate prices. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of most attractions, but a couple of short blocks removed from the tourist thouroughfares. The building, which is centuries old, is full of character. It has been tastefully renovated, with respect for the historic features of the architecture and decor. In closing, I hope to return to Prague sometime to see it in spring or summer. U Zlate Studne will definitely be my first choice.
