Very disappointing
Booked this hotel for its facilities, knowing we wouldn't be getting in until late in the day, the option of the sky bar to enjoy a few drinks and a city view once we were there seemed better than just heading straight to the room. However, upon arrival we were told the sky bar is busy and we were not able to attend. The next day, we asked to make a reservation for the evening and were then told the sky bar was closed for the next 3 days - very disappointing as there were plenty of other hotels for the half the price because they didn't have this facility. We then decided we'd make the most of the health suite, to then find the pool was also closed for the the next few days for maintenance. Again, Very disapointing as the two main reasons for booking a hotel with facilities would be to use them. Real shame as the hotel was lovely and the staff were polite and professional. It would be nice to re visit once all facilities are open and available!!!

Excellent service
Excellent service in the Hilton Prague executive lounge from all staff, but special mention to Martina. Excellent food and drink selection with both hot and cold options and also the choice of beer, wines and spirits. Definitely one of the best lounges we have visited

Great place to stay!
Great hotel, great experience in Prague! Nice rooms, good for and great drinks! Convenient to the city center, you're there in minutes! The staff was great, especially Sami, Caleb, Karimoy, and Filip, really made the stay exceptional! Thanks for everything!

Great service and food!
5 - there was a special event scheduled to start in 30 minutes but the team still took great care of us! We had what we wanted to eat and drink. Staff was attentive and professional! The team was Sami, Jeff, Caleb, Karimov, Filip & Isaac We ordered beer wine pretzel and sausage! Yummy food in Prague Hilton
