Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

I expected the room to be bigger for a twin and cleaner . Found things from a previous guest. The receptionist said ‘ we will do what we can to change your room’ but no one ever got back to us even to say it was not possible It’s located just a little too far out for walking. Close to the train station

services are impeccable, staff are very accommodating and helpful. The hotel facilities are amazing. would recommend the breakfast as there’s something for everyone, the pool is very relaxing. overall very clean and peaceful. would stay again. also very handy being within walking distance to the city.

We spent three magical nights at the NH Collection Carlo IV in Prague, and our experience was outstanding in every way. I can only but recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The staff provided gentle, friendly service and took impeccable care of us throughout our stay. They were always available and willing to assist whenever needed. A special mention goes to Mr. Mitkov, who consistently attended to my queries and went out of his way to ensure my experience was flawless. His efforts made our special occasion truly memorable. Our Premium Room XL did not disappoint one bit. The amenities and facilities were neat and in excellent condition. I had requested a quiet courtyard room and it was delivered exactly as promised. The bedding was extra comfortable, allowing us to sleep like babies. The breakfast was consistently delightful, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes and varying options from buffet to à la carte. The hotel's atmosphere is simply splendid. Its high ceilings, grandiose lobby, and elegant stairway transport you back in time, while subtle modern touches create a perfect blend of old-world charm and contemporary comfort. Thanks to all the NH Collection staff members, and especially to Mr. Mitkov, for making our trip truly unforgettable!

Older hotel a several blocks from Prague's main square - was originally built as a bank building, the old vaults are still inside. Rooms were a bit dated but the staff was very friendly and courteous. Note for hotel access - guests must walk up two sets of stairs to enter the lobby.

Booked a 1 night stay here, with an initial checkout at 11:00 and my flight leaving at 20:30. Julie from the reception made it possible to get a late checkout and a stay in the spa during the day causing me to get relaxation before my flight. Huge thanks to her kind service!
