beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and situated in a perfect position . DO NOT USE THE SUPERMARKET NEXT DOOR WE WERE CHARGED £25 FOR 2 BOTTLES OF WATER AND A PINT OF MILK !!!!! when we told him to refund us he flatly refused and told us to get out of the shop. two days later we seen a couple arguing with him after they were also ripped off.

Relaxing

We found the hotel was like going back in time. Enchanting. In which it was well suited in Prague. And in a great location. Our room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We ate every night in the hotel. And there was plenty if choice. Breakfast in the morning was as standard and could have been an improvement. But overall a most enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, great location.

Very pleased with our hotel choice here, certainly lives up to its 5* rating. Definitely will be recommending this hotel to family & friends. The fixtures & fittings are very nice & in good order. Beautiful building that has been looked after. Very good location for walking the city, but be sure to ask for the “quiet” side of the hotel. Room was plenty big enough (suite) for two of us for 4 days. Nice, firm & comfy bed. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly staff, happy to help. Pillows weren’t the best, but in fairness we didn’t ask for any alternatives, so can’t complain really! Bathroom was well appointed, but shower could have been better. Very close to lots of good restaurants, bars & all the sights you want to see in Prague..

Gorgeous hotel , perfect location near to all attractions.

This hotel is just gorgeous, as soon as you walk through the front door it has the wow factor ! Beautifully decorated, luxurious furniture and art work. Our Suite was just outstanding. A huge room with a beautiful 4 poster bed, and again really luxurious furniture...the ceiling, well, stunning. We slept very well whilst here, even though the hotel is near to some bars and clubs, but the street noise wasn't too bad at all. The location is spot on, just down a side street, but literally a stones through from the square and all the main attractions. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, as are the bar staff. The bar itself is quite small, and they did have live piano music every night, which was a bit loud for our liking, but even so, still a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, not enough to stop us returning, but we did find the food luke warm and the staff not as welcoming. Empty plates were left on the tables for quite some time, considering it was quiet when we stayed and plenty of staff standing around chatting. It also wasn't clear to us on the first morning that you could actually sit upstairs in the conservatory area, the food is downstairs in a cellar like room. We will be back one day, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.
