Excellent hotel. We had a suite and it was really impressive. Big space, spotless clean. Only issue was the bath was very high to get in and out, no grip rails. Breakfast was good, small room indoor or restaurant area. February is cold so breakfast room was best. Good selection of food for us but may not suit everyone. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent, a short cut to main square is to the left of the rear entrance though this entrance is closed late at night. Highly Recommend.

Excellent hotel, fantastic location for seeing everything, the room was lovely, bed SO comfortable, bathroom enormous, breakfast buffet great and varied, staff great too, except... We didn't like being asked to pay for items from the in-room mini bar which we hadn't had! We'd have classed the hotel 'excellent' if it wasn't for this, which put a damper on our stay.

What a beautiful hotel from the reception and the route to the room and our room was spotless and had everything we needed, large bathroom with bath, kettle, fridge with mini bar, large wardrobe with hangers, security safe etc There is a TV but could only find one News channel in English but didn't effect us as not in the room very long, the mini bar has a good selection of beers and drinks and snacks but are very pricey but if come back from a night out and fancy a little something then costs don't come into it lol Each day our room was mopped and clean towels given and anything we used from the bathroom shampoos and moisturisers to the coffee and tea was replaced We had breakfast the first day and you can order from the menu or use the downstairs buffet which had a good selection of hot and cold food plus fruit and pasties The location of the hotel is perfect as a few mins walk from the main square and close the everything we wanted to see and but not too close that you hear any noise at night Staff very friendly and i would definitely stop here again

The hotel is well located to any of the tours/attractions we wanted to visit. The staff are so welcome and helpful. The room we stayed in was 110 and although you could hear people in the morning it did not bother us at all. Breakfast isn’t what we expected and a little disappointing but we enjoyed walking out in the morning and found Cappuccino sandwich shop & Cafe which is fantastic We were also a bit shocked that the bottles of water in the mini bar are chargeable but again it didn’t ruin the weekend Thanks for a great stay and we will return in the future the peppers

beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and situated in a perfect position . DO NOT USE THE SUPERMARKET NEXT DOOR WE WERE CHARGED £25 FOR 2 BOTTLES OF WATER AND A PINT OF MILK !!!!! when we told him to refund us he flatly refused and told us to get out of the shop. two days later we seen a couple arguing with him after they were also ripped off.
