Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Great friendly staff, when our taxi for the airport was late, the staff went out of their way to help us. The staff were so welcoming and offered advice. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city centre, but it’s a really beautiful walk . Highly recommend this hotel

This is a lovely hotel, just a little way out of the main tourist area. It is located near (5 minute walk) from a large shopping centre and there are plenty of little shops around. The tram stops are near by - either to the castle (head north and get onto 22/23) or across the bridge to the old town. It’s a lovely walk to whatever tourist attraction you choose. The hotel is located along the river - we didn’t notice any noise from the road out the front. Staff are very friendly - we had issues with our booking but these were resolved. The manager was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfy beds and bathrobes. Air con worked well when it was hot. Bathroom has all you need for those travelling light including shower gel, moisturiser and hand soap. Safe and mini bar in the room. No iron in the room. The views of the river was amazing. We stayed in section A room 303 - the lift was handy after too much breakfast Breakfast was delicious. Good mix of British and continental foods. The dining room is small but we ate around 7:30am each day and there was plenty of space. The lady serving was brilliant! Coffee and juice are good. Would recommend getting the Go City Prague pass as you get a diverse range of activities for the day time. Would recommend this hotel

My mum and I chose this hotel based on reviews. I would definitely stay here again. The staff are lovely, the cleanliness is absolutely spotless. There are a few minus points… the room had a bath which you have to step in, to shower. This was difficult for my elderly mother. The bar is not a separate bar, but part of reception which is a bit odd. The location is great and the rooms are quiet. The tv only has Czech programs, nothing English at all. No milk or sugar can be provided in the rooms to go with the coffee machine. Other than that…. It’s a lovely hotel.

Charming remodeled hotel in an older building with character. It’s a bit quirky inside with corridors leading here and there, but not overly quirky . Staff were helpful and welcoming. The location is lovely beside the river. It is a bit away from the main tourist area, but with the tram you can easily get there. If you like being away from the tourist crush, then this is a good choice. Lovely walking along the river. We are good walkers and enjoyed walking everywhere. The breakfast was very good. The only negative is that the breakfast room is a bit small, so try come early to avoid a crowd.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, which I picked as part of my Christmas experience in Prague. The hotel is recently renovated, its building is beautiful from the outside, and everything is nicely designed inside. The hotel lobby is small but pretty; it was cutely decorated for Christmas, though I believe they could have added more decorations. The biggest issue of my stay was the check-in process, which was long and complicated. I booked a Deluxe Room with a View, and because the hotel was full right before Christmas, there were not many rooms of this type available on the day of my check-in. My two major requests prior to check-in were a high floor and a bigger room size for my week-long stay. Initially, the front desk lady was confused and could not find a room for me. Finally, she found one on the top floor, but it had a leaking roof with water on the bed and floor. I informed her immediately, and she was even more confused about what to do next. She had to call her manager, who took about 10 minutes to arrive. He also seemed confused and suggested a room on the first floor, which I refused due to privacy and noise concerns. After extra time, he finally gave me a room on the third floor, which I accepted. My room (A305) was beautifully decorated and pretty big. It was a corner room, so I had two windows with two different city views, which was awesome. The room was soundproof; I did not hear any noise from the streets or the hotel’s hallway. The room had all the necessary amenities in great condition. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but magnificently decorated with a mix of white-brownish marble stone and gold bathroom equipment. Having a deep and long bathtub was a plus. I liked the bathroom amenities; they were of very good quality. Wi-Fi was fast during my entire stay. The hotel’s location is tricky. On one hand, it can be called “central” because it is right across the bridge from New Town Prague, which can be considered the center of Prague. On the other hand, it is kind of far from Old Town Prague, with a walk of about 20 minutes, which was okay for me, but some people (including my partner) might find this walk long and might need to use public transport or a taxi. However, I personally liked the hotel’s location a lot because it was in a very peaceful and quiet corner of Prague, right on the riverwalk. By the way, there is a big shopping mall close to the hotel and a bunch of restaurants and cafes around. I paid $140 per night for my stay, and I find this deal very reasonable for the high quality of the hotel, especially during Christmas week when hotel prices are very high all over Europe. I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague, especially if you need to stay close to New Town. If I come back to Prague in the future, I will consider staying at this hotel again.

The Riverside Hotel Prague is an excellent small luxury hotel. The rooms where a generous size, very clean, lovely bathrooms and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel personnel were very courteous, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend staying at the Riverside Hotel.
