MaMaison Hotel Riverside Prague

Nice Hotel- large rooms. Staff need to be a bit more caring. Great checkin- Room big and modern. Just a few small issues- none of the soap dispensers worked in the bathroom (Room 415) Main bath tap didn’t work (I had to fill up from Shower head) Phone didn’t work. We told them on the first day/ second day then could be bothered on the third day. Nothing was done. For me that’s not good enough. Breakfast for €30 each was just silly.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Prague. We stayed in a superior room , very spacious with excellent views. Room service for breakfast was delicious. Staff are friendly and reception very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay again, thankyou.

Spent a weekend in this hotel and the experience was clearly not up to the mark. We booked a suite and we did not get bathrobes and slippers. The curtain fell down and we reported twice to the reception, they Said that someone will come over within 1 hour but no one came. Even the staff who usually comes to clean the room didn’t even bothered to inform the reception. Also, having breakfast in a conference room is not worthy of a 5 star hotel. Moreover, the management acknowledges negligence on their part and yet they refuse to compensate us, which is disgraceful for a 5-star hotel! Nothing memorable in this hotel and be easily skipped !

we stayed in a junior suite from friday 14/02 to sunday 16/02. We would like to make the following complaint because we did not have the services we should have had when we booked and stayed in a junior suite in a 5-star hotel. Firstly, we were not provided with bathrobes and slippers as was the case in the normal room which 2 friends had booked. We don't understand this difference in service and would like an explanation. Secondly, during the day on Saturday, one of the room's large curtains fell down. We called the reception on Saturday evening, who told us that someone would be there an hour later to put the curtain back up. This was not done. We noticed it when we got home from dinner and had to spend the night with no curtain on the large window. The next morning when we checked out, the hostess told us that no technician was available late Saturday afternoon. You'll understand that this is unacceptable for guests booking a junior suite in a 5-star hotel. Our customer experience at your hotel is therefore very poor. And the general manager commited additional negligence by replying that she would not compensate us. It’s a lousy service 21/02/2025: By way of response to our complaint, the hotel manager took us for fools by replying that we had put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Well, we hadn't put a do-not-disturb sign on the door, which isn't true, especially since the room was cleaned during our absence during the day and the curtain wasn't put back up. So I take it you're defending yourself by saying things that aren't true - we'll continue to denigrate your hotel among our friends and colleagues. Stupidity incarnate. This staff will soon be in Hollywood to receive an Oscar for best morons of the year. Hotel to be avoided absolutely.

We stayed here as a birthday treat and what a treat it was! Superb location overlooking the Vitava river, spacious comfy rooms and excellent, helpful friendly staff. We were treated like royalty throughout our stay and couldn't find a single fault anywhere. Thanks, Brilliant, 10/10.
