I just returned from Prague. We had their largest room on the 4 th floor with a view of the Charles bridge. It was beautiful and the perfect location to start the day. We are vegetarian and at breakfast they went out of the way to make some grilled veggies and mushrooms for us and directed to a veg place nearby for the rest of the meals. There are very few veg options in their restaurant. On the first day, they ran out of many breakfast items but they restocked for the next 2 days I think. Good coffee. The old section which is a palace doesn’t have a lift. We had a lift which didn’t work once We asked for many extra bottles of water which were provided free of cost. The mini bar was complimentary as well as the coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom: it would be better if they also had an overhead shower. The hand held shower was cumbersome The people : Vlad, was wonderful, always with a ready smile and a yes to everything. Oksana our first point of contact for a smooth check in and check out, Alan, an English gentleman with a wealth of information for the tourist. Jules, the restaurant manager, pitching in when it was very busy at breakfast and making sure everything was ok. They are the ones who made the stay so great. Would definitely recommend this one

My room window was having the best view of Charles Bridge; It was not less then a blessing to get-up in my bed in the morning with such a beautiful scenery, I use to love enjoying my bed coffee in the morning for almost an hour by just watching from the window.

Super Hotel with views across the river to the Castle. We stayed for 4 nights in a large room traditionally decorated. We were greeted with a bottle of complimentary wine and the complimentary fridge had beer, coke and water. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. One of the best hotels we have stayed in!

Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Prague. Staff was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. Room was great size for a couple, clean and great location across from the river. Walkable to Prague Castle and old town square. Lovely bottle of wine in our room upon arrival.
