Location is perfect, rooms were comfortable and staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. We ate at several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and all were very good. The breakfast included with the room was not only the typical buffet but also omelets, eggs benedict and similar made to order breakfasts without additional charge. Recommended.

Hotel far below expectations. Three of us stayed in the Casanova suite, supposedly the best. To begin with, the building where the suite we stayed seems to need maintenance and the room decor needs to be updated, as do the bathrooms. A simple coat rack in the entrance would help, the closet does not fulfill the same function. We were cold, the heater didn't heat the room, the shower, most of the time, wasn't hot enough. We complained at reception, they brought us a heater which didn't solve the problem either. The two beds in the second bedroom are very small. In addition to the disappointment with the room, a hotel without a good lobby, without a minimally pleasant common area, at least in winter. An expensive and bad restaurant. We don't have breakfast, we're scared, we prefer to eat out. There is no gym and the sauna is small. I am a platinum member of the Accor chain and I have rarely been so disappointed with an Accor hotel. The location is very good, but the view from the room was not nice. I don't intend to return, my next stay in Prague will certainly be in another hotel.

Service absolutely faultless and friendly, the team here are not just well trained, they’re very pleasant too. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Good value for where this is in Prague (location perfect if you want to explore both sides of the river). If I was to have one minor issue, it would be the limited selection at breakfast on weekdays - this felt like an unnecessary economy (the quality on Friday was, however, outstanding). All in all, would definitely stay again.
