Nice hotel in a good location but could have been better. Pros Good location and nice views over the river (extra charge). Mini bar was free; 2 beers, 2 cokes, 2 tonics and water. Restocked every other day. Good heating, room was warm for our very cold stay. Cons No full length mirror. Offers via QR code in room were out of date we were told (after using the 2 for 1 cocktails) we queried our bill & they were deducted at checkout, but embarrassing having to raise this; felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to wait half an hour for a decaf coffee as diy machine didn’t have decaf. Watered down juices. USBs at side of bed in room didn’t work. No door on the shower. Nowhere for storage in bathroom.

A good hotel in an excellant position close to the King Charles Bridge and tram stops. Staff were very helpful especially the Concierge, who was British. The room was a good size with a river view and a comfortable bed. Would suggest thermostatic shower controls as an upgrade, but we did not find it a problem. Breakfast was first class excellant buffet and a chioce of cooked to order dishes, the Eggs Benedict was supurb.

The most unique hotel stay for me during my trip. Service was absolutely superb. Breakfast got so many options. Room was very neat and clean with so much comfortable bed. We asked for places to visit on reception and they guided us so well. Thanks a lot making our stay so much enjoyable and comfortable. 5 Star property in my opinion.

Good location and friendly staff, but it's not a 5-star hotel as it claims. The only restaurant "Meat and Wine" is all beef, I'm a vegetarian. The Breakfast was poor, and the bar was only maned occasionally. Our room was large, but with limited wardrobe space and was a bit cold - our door opened to the outside! The room service menu is very very limited.

On a weekend to Prague I booked dinner at this premises due to a recommendation On arrival had to wait a bit for table and service was a bit slow to begin with That being the only negative of this wonderful place The staff were friendly and helpful and all the food was delicious and timeous I really enjoyed the experience and though not the cheapest it was worth the money
