Vibe of the hotel is on point

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Bed was very comfy, decor is a whole vibe, location is excellent. I loved the velvet couches and the view to the skating rink below. The historical info was a plus as well. Also it was my First time ever utilizing a hotel gym! Definitely will be going back

DO NOT PAY for parking through hotel.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

DO NOT PAY for parking. They tell you it’s $35 then add a $10 fee. Go to the Biltmore garage yourself it’s $35 for 24 hours and save yourself $10. That they don’t tell you about. Rooms are nice though. It’s an old hotel. Great location but be clear with the up charge.

Spa in the Graduate is closed.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Fair warning - the Norwich Spa in the Graduate is closed. Apparently it has been closed for a while to a maintenance problem. According to what I was told, no re-opening date has been set. It's disappointing - I was looking forward to some spa time during a long stay at the Graduate.

Unique hotel in the middle of Providence

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

This hotel is right in the middle of the city and close to everything. It’s got a very classic feel and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. On site dining included a coffee shop and an upscale bar/restaurant. There’s a garage nearby for self parking and there seemed to be valet parking although the website said there wasn’t we attended for an event in the ballroom was beautiful.

Faulty Towers on steroids.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

This hotel is suffering from so many problems. The building is old - the hot water has gone twice on me - once for 4 days. The staff are all very young and they have no idea about customer service. Probably one of the worst run hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to come back. It’s like faulty towers on steroids. Don’t waste your money. It’s dirty, the things are falling apart and the staff are rude.
