This hotel is right in the middle of the city and close to everything. It’s got a very classic feel and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. On site dining included a coffee shop and an upscale bar/restaurant. There’s a garage nearby for self parking and there seemed to be valet parking although the website said there wasn’t we attended for an event in the ballroom was beautiful.

This hotel is suffering from so many problems. The building is old - the hot water has gone twice on me - once for 4 days. The staff are all very young and they have no idea about customer service. Probably one of the worst run hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to come back. It’s like faulty towers on steroids. Don’t waste your money. It’s dirty, the things are falling apart and the staff are rude.

Sierra (front desk) was my first impression of the beautiful hotel. She was nice, professional, and informative. Stayed in a large suite.Quirky decor in room was fun. Parking was a bit of a challenge as direct access at late night was closed. I'd stay here again!

I Stayed for a wedding recently. I was in room 1022, the view ... Not so great, but that was not important to me. Upon arrival I was quickly informed, that the building is over 100 years old and that the "2 pipe system" would only allow heat or A/C. since it's November the heat is ON. With turn it off or on. I like a cold room, so I had to have the window opened. The shower pressure was wonderfulI (that's more important to me than a view). The location was walkable to everything, I needed. I would stay again! The wide hallways with the carpet pattern did remind me of "The Shining"; but didn't run me away

My wife and I were able to spend a night away from our kids and home in Philadelphia to stay at the fantastic Graduate Hotel in Princeton. We were able to check in early, use the convenient valet, easily walk to campus and all around the different shops, enjoy delicious cocktails and breakfast at the restaurant. Krystyl and the whole team are doing a wonderful job. This is our new staycation spot going forward!
