Alexandra Resort is named after the coastal paradise it's part of – the 6,500-acre Princess Alexandra National Marine Park. This protected area is a sanctuary for the creatures living in the north barrier reef of Providenciales, and it keeps Grace Bay’s 12 miles of quiet, sugar-sand beaches pristine. Relax seaside under yellow umbrellas, with a drink in hand by a lagoon-style pool, or on a private terrace outfitted in teakwood furniture.

We stayed with family and friends - it was completely accommodating for both. The staff was incredible - beautiful beach, clean rooms, good food. We loved Cheeky, Smiley, and Rhazzor. Cheeky was super fun in activities, was always making conversation, and helping others.

A great relaxing vacation. Food was good, service was great, Keisha, Garnel, Forty, Miliane, Judith Ann, Milan, Angela, and Richlande, were the best. Activity/entertainment team were amazing; Tash was the best, so were Barbie, Shaq, RomJon, Dj Ding, Razer, Lettuce and, Cheeky were fun. Shuttle driver Steevenson was great.

We had the best time here and can’t wait to come back ! The food was great, staff was awesome, the beach was excellent and the rooms were clean ! We stayed in a room that had not yet been renovated - it was not luxurious but the bedding was nice/ the bed was very comfortable & we had a washer dryer in our room (which I was note expecting with just a garden view room) and everything was very clean ! We cannot wait to come back !

If you want to experience what it’s like to be treated like the most valuable guest at the resort, you should absolutely go meet Tash. This young woman, with endless energy and a genuine passion for the guest experiences is unlike anyone I have encountered at the many other resorts we have visited. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time on the resort. She made every guest she came in contact with, which was likely every single one, feel like they were her number one priority. Well done, lady! Oh, and she also has a beautiful singing voice that she shared with us a few different times. She should be teaching classes in customer service. Special props to (Big) Poppy for your amazing ribs, jerk chicken and hospitality! You were such a delight!!! The water in Turks and Caicos is the most beautiful I have yet to see. The beach was phenomenal! They played trivia and had activities for those who wished to participate, but I simply could not stay out of the gorgeous ocean. Now the downside. I would say probably 85% of the staff treated us like we were bothering them by asking for a drink, ordering a meal, asking for coffee…that was when they were not ignoring us. The coffee was terrible, by the way. The pool was always dirty, there were 2 bridges over the pool that were steep and slippery. One of the people from our group slipped and fell and was hurt pretty badly. The shuttle will only take you back and forth to their sister resort, and when the driver picked us up after dinner, he decided he’d rather go inside and chat with a friend while his van full of passengers sat and waited for about 15 minutes until finally a person from our group went the track him down. The elevator to our building broke, so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs for a day and a half with a sprained knee. Tho we were told, it will only be about 20 minutes to get it fixed. No matter when we went to the buffet, the food was always cold and dried out. I highly recommend Turks and Caicos. Grace Bay is absolutely beautiful! Our room was nice, but I would probably look at other accommodations in the future. Oh I almost forgot to mention the sand fleas. Be sure to take or purchase bug spray.

An absolutely wonderfully laid out facility with excellent food...fresh fruits, jerked chicken, smoothies, ice cream, pastas, burgers and salads with well prepared dinner choices. The filet mignon was to die for! Plenty of dinner restaurants as well. Fun for all ages with many different activities from floating on various provided floats at both the pool and ocean, table top and lawn games, paddleboards, kaiacks to ocean excursions. Top of the line friendly staff with multiple talents. So many even remembered our names and introduced themselves. Lots of daily activities that were fun to watch and/or partake. Plenty of seating, places to dine and views to see all with easy access from your room. Rooms were spacious with full frig, cooktop, tea kettle, coffee maker, washer and dryer and huge balcony. Bottled water and cups and refill stations easy available for hydration...would like to have seen an inexpensive refillable bottle with a space to write your name and the hotel name or logo on it upon arrival for us to take home rather than cups to wash or one time use water bottles. We were also greeted by several extremely friendly young hotel cats who reminded us of our pets at home and loved to be petted. Enjoyed it and would come here again. Booked through Costco.
