Alexandra Resort is named after the coastal paradise it's part of – the 6,500-acre Princess Alexandra National Marine Park. This protected area is a sanctuary for the creatures living in the north barrier reef of Providenciales, and it keeps Grace Bay’s 12 miles of quiet, sugar-sand beaches pristine. Relax seaside under yellow umbrellas, with a drink in hand by a lagoon-style pool, or on a private terrace outfitted in teakwood furniture.

I love this place! Its really beautiful and all the staff like Rhazzor, Kimron, Tishane, Coco, Shaq, Suldion, Ronald, Ace, Tweety, Cheeky, Tash, DJ, Claudy, Smiley, Carl, Ensley, Nathaly, Nathalee, and all the staff are all amazing people! The hotel and beaches are very clean and the activities are super fun! Also, there is another hotel that is just like this called Blue Haven. They have chairs that look like beds, and this board game called Luto. This place is huge its got tons of things to do and restaurants and lounges that serve amazing food and drinks! For anybody looking for a vacation, this is what I would recommend!

Everything for us was just amazing, just a pleasure being on this beautiful island having the opportunity to eat such great food, soaking up the sun and swimming in such beautiful water. We met some people who really made the trip a trip to remember, took us awhile to save for this trip and it worth every bit, special shout out to Cheeky, lettuce, Leo, Ocelena, Taliya, Andy, Priscilla, Adrian, Trishauna, Caval and Nathaly had to write these names down because I honestly never wanted to forget them, the service they gave was incredible especially Cheeky very funny just a whole character. Won’t be our last time.

I will start with negative because everything else was a 10. Check in is 3pm, we all appreciate that anyone travelling is tired, exhausted and just wants to freshen up and settle in. Not here and many mentioned this to us as a negative. Our room wasn’t ready til 3:40pm. I don’t believe we have ever been to a resort before, even arriving 2 hours before check in that our room wasn’t ready. This is something the resort has to work at and starts a bad impression. With that said all else was great. Food was excellent from selection to service. Beach amazing, amble chairs and service. A special word for Tash, entertainment and Claude and female partner (sorry can’t remember Name)at Coconut Bar in the evenings. Blue Haven is a must to visit, absolutely quite beautiful, clean resort. Service, food excellent as well.

Our stay was amazing! We got in on Saturday and left on Friday, and did all the things! Our front desk staff was inviting and welcoming. The tour desk was SO helpful and Dericka helped us the most (she was so amazing). We had so much fun and will definitely stay here in the future.

Wonderful friends and family Halloween trip at the Alexandra Resort. Our trip to Turks & Caicos was wonderful and the Alexandra Team made it extra memorable! Friendly staff, tasty meals, fantastic beach, newly renovated room and fun entertainment! Special thanks to: Tash, Cheeky, Coco, Barbie and Lettuce from the animation team. On the F&b side, thank you to Andres, Ronald, Mariechris, Sudion and Trishana. Huge shout out to Keshard Penn for organizing an amazing boat trip with Caicos Island charters. Communication was easy and quick. When the weather looked to be changing on us, he came back with reviewed schedule to ensure the best day trip possible! Amazing on all fronts!
