Blue Haven Resort

Had a great time! Staff was so friendly & always said encouraging things to the kids. Beach was beautiful! Did not feel like an overly busy resort despite spring break. Loved the pool/beach side activities. Food was excellent. Would definitely come back.

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff. Hands down the best food we have had at an all-inclusive. Only suggestion would be a bigger beer selection. Staff was very service oriented and attentive. Watersports staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Loved our stay at the blue haven. Staff was so friendly, rooms were clean and atmosphere was beautiful! Resort felt very safe. We even accidentally left cash sitting in a bag on a table, when we called it was still sitting where we left it and the staff locked it in an office until we returned!

We go to Turks and Caicos for the beach, the water, and the sun. But we stay at the Blue Haven because of the STAFF. This was our 3rd year in a row staying at the Blue Haven and we, Bob & Kathy, will be back again next year. The staff is amazing. Francisco, the GM, is very visible and chatted with us several times during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Vanessa, Room Manager, is so amazing and friendly. She made sure we had the same room as last year and also checked in with us several times to ask if we needed anything. The breakfast staff, Janet, Kellie, Garrett and Daphne, also had a very warm and smiling welcome for us each morning. Gerald, who never takes a day off, is the best omelet maker out there. He makes your eggs just the way you want them every time. The pool and beach group are so fun and full of energy. Nattalee is a fantastic bartender, full of funny sass and smiles, not to mention makes the best Rum Punch. Smiley has the best dance moves ever. Pedro really gets in his step count walking up and down the beach so many times a day making sure your cup is never empty. The gals at Café Agave, Karen & Patricia, are also very happy to help with amazing smoothies and ice cream. Dinner at Fire & Ice is one of the best resort restaurants around. The food is always amazing. We were there for 14 nights and never got tired of the food. The chefs were out in the dining room several times checking in with the guest. Most nights, they had an amazing special. The food is never disappointing, hats off to Chef Tevin. The wait staff at dinner is also amazing. Nichola, Michael, Cadet, Andre, Vanequa and Malyn are all very good at their jobs and all are truly warm and genuinely happy to serve you. Sly is the evening bartender and he takes pride in each drink he makes, which are always very good. Winchel was very helpful with your luggage, and Ronny, Security, also smiling and saying good morning as he keeps a watchful eye on everything. Even our housekeeper, Louisa, is just amazing. We never went without clean towels or a dirty kitchen. She was so sweet leaving me fresh flowers several times. As you can tell, we are in love with Blue Haven and their staff. They all truly make you feel like you are special and at home. I know you too will fall in love with this resort and their amazing STAFF.

The Blue Haven Resort did not disappoint from beginning to end. We were instantly greeted as we arrived to the resort and treated with a rum punch. We were invited to a check in area where we met Shaneka. She introduced herself as a manager and checked us in and reviewed everything we needed to know about our stay. Shaneka made my sister and I feel like family from the start. She made herself available for anything we needed and answered all our questions. She deserves a five star rating for her customer service and her shining personality. She helped us with making appointments at the spa. We had everything set within minutes of her taking care of things with the spa. Elevate Spa provided a tranquil and relaxing environment. We had three visits within our week stay and wasn't disappointed with anything! The spa and their employees went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and comfortable with their care. Our room at the resort, was a two bedroom suite with view of the canals. It was extremely clean and spacious. It had many amenities in the suite. Washer, dryer, complete kitchen, sunken tubs, and plenty of space to enjoy. Luisa was in charge of keeping our suite clean and she did a super job. We had our room cleaned everyday but one (due to our choice) and she always filled everything in our refrigerator, stocked our towels, and the floors were sparkling! The staff at the restaurants and bars are top notch in every way. They also treated us like family. Natalee makes amazing cocktails poolside and has such a friendly personality. She took amazing care of us everyday. Janet always greeted us with such a great attitude and also took care of us at the bar and restaurant. Maylan was a hostess who we also felt went out of her way to take care of us at the BBQ on the beach and at Fire and Ice. Daphne has such a kind spirit. We always enjoyed her kindness at Fire and Ice and she also went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of every time we saw her. My sister and I frequented the pool area and looked forward to the staff that provided entertainment for the guests. Tweety, Ace, Coco, and Smiley were a class act and a big hit with the guests. They are one of the best parts of the resort! They all are friendly, fun, and so personable with everyone. I felt like they made a point to get to know us and they all knew me by my first name within days! I loved the trivia by the pool and the adult time out at the pool! Music was always playing and it made a perfect time by the pool! The swim up bar was what I looked forward to and it does not disappoint. Two of my days, I didn't even leave the pool area the entire time. Blue Haven makes it possible to eat and drink right at the pool! Great food and frozen cocktails are served! The food did not disappoint at each restaurant at Blue Haven. We ate at Fire and Ice for breakfast every day. The plated specials were a hit and I also tried the buffet. The food tasted great and they keep the buffet area super clean and sanitary. We ate at Salt several times. We liked the variety. Jen was a server who worked hard every time we saw her. She got to know what we liked and what our favorites were! My favorite dish at Salt was the Filet of steak and the Snapper. Dinners at Fire and Ice were also delicious. We had the beef tenderloin that was cooked perfectly. The tuna and lobster were such a treat! Compliments to the chef! The resort itself is truly a gem. The pool is clean and refreshing on a sunny day. The beach area is a nice alternative to the pool. The resort is a more private retreat compared to the hustle bustle of others on Grace Bay Beach. It was exactly what I was looking for in a resort! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
