Wymara Resort and Villas

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible place to stay. While at my stay at Wymara, I caught hot Tub Folliculitis. Their hot tub is infested with bacteria causing this itchy rash with pimples. They were non accommodating. Once brought to the attention to the executive team they refused to do anything about it. I provided them with doctors notes and images of the rash as they requested. It took them a long period of time to respond to me and let me know that they will not be doing anything about this issue. During my stay, me and many other guests also complained about the hot tub having boiling water to which nothing was done about it. I have stayed at many resorts and have used many hot tubs and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. If you want to enjoy your vacation, steer clear of this resort. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY AT WYMARA!

Wymara is a gorgeous, top of the line resort with fabulous customer service, amazing food, a gorgeous beach, and a top notch spa. The complimentary morning breakfast is one of the top 2 I've ever had. It was one of the cleanest resorts and the twice daily housekeeping was a lovely touch. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and we had everything we needed. Next time I want to stay at the villas - wow!

Extremely friendly staff all around. Great food at Indigo and at the beach front spot. Not a "large" hotel so very comfortable and easy to find beds poolside. Great mellow vibe. Taxis ready to take you anywhere are waiting. Most locations are approx. $20usd.

When my husband and I found ourselves at the airport and discovered we had left our passports behind in Wymara in our room's safe, we were mortified. I immediately called the resort and got Shakoya on the phone. She orchestrated a rescue mission, asking the security staff member, Dadu to retrieve and drive the passports to us in the airports. we made it on time. I will never forget what the staff did for us! Thank you so much! Besides the incredible staff that saved the day, all the rest of the staff is impeccable. Servicing everywhere in this resort is top tier! The food is incredible - the best on the island. And the amenities are fabulous. I highly recommend this as a couples getaway, a friend trip or a family destination.

Would highly recommend the resort, we went in December so still a bit cooler but we had a great time. Good location and both on site restaurants are 5 star. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, took care of your every need. Its worth a visit.
