Tired resort. Terrible customer service. Our room wasn’t ready for check-in until after 7:00pm, yet we were refused a 12:00 check-out time rather than the customary 11:00 check-out time. Staff are unfamiliar with the word “sorry”. On the plus side, the beach is beautiful and the pool temperature was perfect.

Our family just got back from a week at Point Grace. This was our first time staying here as we had been staying at their sister property West Bay Club the 3 previous times. The rooms at PG are nice (we had a 3 bed oceanfront). Could use a bit of updating in terms of fresh paint, better lighting, better furniture on the deck (our unit didn't have any day beds like most of the other units and our screen door had a rip in it so bugs could get in). The staff were all pretty friendly for the most part but not as hands on as West Bay I thought. Cosmey was the highlight of our trip. Her infectious smile and attitude was something my family (especially my kids) looked forward to every day. Windy and the guys on the beach were good as well. I wish they came around to replenish the buckets of ice and water a little more frequently and not wait to be asked. At West Bay this was something they are very good at. Also, PG uses canned water and it doesn't taste very good at all. They give you reusable water bottles to refill but their aluminum so they don't keep it cold for long and they perspire terribly. Need to use stainless steel if they want to go that route. The included breakfast was just ok. It was very basic and the selection of fresh fruit was a bit lacking. The quality of the watermelon and mango specifically were not good at all. It would have been nice to have a selection of berries and fruit in general that looked more fresh. Bananas often were very brown and looked spoiled. They provide free scrambled eggs but they are not in the buffet area and you have to order them which is a bit strange. At West Bay they had a made to order omelette station included in the buffet. The breakfast at West Bay was def better. Junior and the other staff were very good at getting what was needed though. Lunch was decent but a bit pricey for what it was. $35 for a chicken caesar salad seems a bit excessive. I get you are in the islands and food is imported but come on. Mixed drinks being $18+ per was pretty pricey as well. The pool has what looks like a hot tub but they call a bubble tub. It is only slightly heated and most of the jets didn't work. Given how cloudy and windy it was, it would have been nice for a standard hot tub so we could have hung out in it more with drinks, etc. We liked the location of PG since it is closer to town and the restaurants so the cab fares (fares are ridiculous since they charge per person and it cost us $60-$100 r/t every night for dinner to go 2 miles or less) were less than when we stay at WB. However, it seemed to be much windier at PG. They had unusual weather this past week but we knew people staying further down the beach around Beaches and other resorts and they claimed it wasn't as windy there. We only spent 2 of the 7 days on the beach because it was so windy. We usually get to the beach around 930 and don't leave until 4 every time. Even the water was choppier and not as clear as usual. It was a relaxing trip overall and the resort can't control the weather which is really the main thing that would have made the week better. The trip ended in a terrible way thanks for JetBlue and first delaying our flight home by over 7 hrs then cancelling it at almost 11pm at night and left us stranded on the island with nowhere to stay/sleep for the night. Literally kicked us to the street. Luckily at the last minute Lana from the front desk was able to find us a 3 bed AirBnb for the night. The airport in Turks is awful- too small, not well run, and not enough solid food options. We prob won't be visiting the island again due to this alone.

First class boutique hotel (with large, well appointed rooms) on Grace Bay beach....generous breakfast daily and Grace's Cottage restaurant and bar on site is a special place. Special thanks to Cosmey and Windy running the pool bar daily among other amenities; Maica, Junior, Jeff & Joseph were amazing as well. Hoping to make this an annual trip.

Very nice property with old school charm! We stayed in a first floor poolside villa that was very nice and I loved that the whole property is small, so from the entrance to our room took 30 seconds. Walking to the beach from our room took 30 seconds. Calm and relaxing environment and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We’ve been to resorts before that the pool water is too cold but this one you could just walk into. The location was very nice and the beautiful beach and ocean were stunning. The complimentary morning breakfast was a great value as well.

We love this resort! In fact we loved it so much last year that we came back again this year. The poolside cottages are amazing and the beach is awesome! It’s an easy ride from the airport and the restaurants close by are great. My wife and I have done a lot of beach vacations but Point Grace is at the top of our list!
