Celebrities enjoy the seclusion that the Turks and Caicos Islands offer, but that is just one of the many attributes this Caribbean haven brings to the table. While the island of Providenciales may be alluring, it is Villa Renaissance that dazzles even the most seasoned of travelers. Overlooking Grace Bay with a beachfront, this stunning property features three-dozen oceanfront and pooside suites.. The multi-room abodes feature bedrooms with Juliet-style balconies, full modern kitchens and sliding doors that disappear to make the most of the breathtaking views. The resort features a refreshing pool and poolside bar, with grocery delivery, private boat charters and personal fitness trainers available upon request.

Dates: 10/30/2024 - 11/09/2024 PERFECT LOCATION. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The beach and access was fabulous. We were in Villa 402 - Building Two, 4th floor ‘penthouse’. We just needed a 1 bedroom and that’s what we paid for but they left the 2nd bedroom open for us. The condo was very spacious and clean. There was a half bath, plus the master bath with dual sinks, tub and large steam shower (and the 2nd bedroom had an ensuite as well, with shower and single sink that we didn’t use). The unit had a small, stackable washer/dryer which, face it no one wants to do laundry on vacation, but it is so handy to have. Full, well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker was a drip coffee maker (for those of you needing to know if you what kind of coffee to bring). Fridge had in-door water/ice maker which was great!! Been to some with no ice maker so this was a pleasant surprise. Hair dryer ladies… it was meh. Typical of a hotel. It did the job but took a while. I’m not super picky and usually just pony-tail it anyway but I’ve read some posts where people have asked. If you are particular, then you might want to bring your own. Bed was great, could have used 2 more pillows but otherwise no complaints. Ceiling fans and a floor fan was provided. Ample closet space and while they were a hodge-podge mix, there were lots of hangers in the master, I didn't even think to look in the second bedroom. Ironing board and iron, also provided, but not used. :-) Plenty of towels provided. Plenty of outlets in bedroom, baths and living space. Large balcony, two complaints – first, no loungers, although it did have a small couch and a larger chair with foot stool; second, it wasn’t ‘covered’ – it had a pergola style roof which afforded some shade but if it rained then you couldn’t sit out there, which we LOVE to do. Otherwise, it was great and had expansive views of the ocean. I do wish that more hooks or towel rods were provided in the bathroom - ANY resort at the beach. You come in with wet suits and no where to hang them except along the tub. Same with towels, not enough places to hang them after use. There is no restaurant on site but there is a poolside bar associated with Blu Bar and Grill (about 25 yards from VR) that serve great drinks, the margarita was pretty potent. They did serve some food but got it from Blu – you ordered at the bar and then they got it from Blu. They also did a beach service but honestly, if the lady was at the beach getting or delivering orders then she wasn’t at the bar. Or if she had to go get supplies or food orders from Blu – no one was at the bar. So service was a bit spotty – but the drinks were great!

This was our first family vacation in several years and I am so glad we chose Turks and Caicos, and Villa Renaissance. The building and the grounds look exactly like the pictures, beautiful and well maintained. Its beach front location has plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and is nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the bar, also. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. Chelsea, at the front desk, always greeted us with her pretty smile and was quick to help us with whatever we needed. I was sad I didn’t see her on our last day to say goodbye. Housekeeping is to be commended as unit 208 was absolutely immaculate. I mean not one speck of dirt or dust anywhere, all of the corners were clean, the coffee maker was scrubbed daily , and there wasn’t even a single water mark in the sink. We participated in a few excursions where we were able to be picked up and dropped off right on the beach outside of the building, which was super convenient. There are also many good restaurants within short walking distance. This vacation was everything I hoped it would be, so thank you for maintaining high standards, and I would return a heartbeat.

The villas are spacious and offer beautiful beach views. Very well maintained and well stocked villas. The prices are high...but then so is everything on TCI. Well worth the price. Just 20 meters and you are in Grace bay Beach.. awesome 👌 experience

From the moment I spoke to Robin about reservations to check out, the staff at Villa Renaissance were friendly and helpful. The location and overall facility (pool area) are fantastic. One caveat: The gym is very small. (If you like cardio equipment, you will be fine. Weight training or anything that requires space to move, not so much.) A friend and I stayed in Suite 106 for 6 nights. Suite 106 is a 2-bed oceanfront ground floor suite. It was recently renovated so the interior was beautiful. Housekeeping kept it squeaky clean and fresh smelling each day. The only issues we had were plumbing-related (dishwasher and toilet backup) but the staff was responsive and the issues resolved quickly (and it appears plumbing issues are not uncommon on the island with the bathrooms at PLS being another example). The suite was very quiet. We did hear music from across the parking lot on the weekend but it ended very early in the evening. We spent a lot of time on the back patios—for meals, book reading, yoga, etc. Our arrival was lovely with a greeting from the front desk, a rum punch, and an orientation from Brikell. The beach front on Grace Bay is wonderful—clean, plenty of chairs, and a helpful beach attendant. Pool/Beach towels and toys were abundant. We did not rent a car and found plenty to do, buy, and eat within easy walking distance. (Note Potcake Place K-9 Rescue is basically across the street.) We chose to eat out only once a day. We had the suite stocked with groceries prior to arrival and made our breakfasts and lunches as needed. It was a nice option for meals. We used bottled water because we found the odor of the tap water off-putting. We ate lunch at the pool bar one day; it is operated by Blu, a bar across the parking lot. The drinks, ceviche, and plaintian chips were good. We also had multiple treatments from the associated Teona Spa, which were enjoyable. We primarily enjoyed just hanging out at the beach or by/in the pool. I would definitely stay at Villa Renaissance again.
