The Palms, Turks and Caicos

The Palms is absolutely, beautiful, relaxing, and quaint. It was our second time visiting, and we chose to come back because of the smaller atmosphere and the quietness of it. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start our day. Jane greeted us each morning with a smile, has a positive attitude and is pleasant to talk to. Love their fresh orange juice machine and made to order omelets. Housekeeping did an impeccable job with keeping our room very clean, the newly renovated bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint would be there is not a shelf to put shower items on. The grounds and pool are very well taken care of and very comfortable pool lounge chairs. The manager at the pool restaurant was very hospitable, I don’t remember his name, but he was very friendly and took time to talk to us even when we weren’t eating at the restaurant. I had a massage at the spa with Ni and it was top notch, relaxing and tranquil. The last thing I want to mention is the concierges Ana and Chanel, they did not steer us wrong with our dinner reservations and excursions on the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. We will definitely try to get back again!

You run your hotel like its your home. Everyone is friendly, the beach is immaculate, the food and bar service first class and fun as well. Beautiful resort and Jane was very hospitable at the restaurant. The breakfast was a nice bonus every morning. I would definitely recommend staying there. The swimming pool was heated which was a nice bonus due to the cooler weather in January

We were returning guests to The Palms and had a lovely brief stay at the newly Renovated Palms resort. The new pool bar by the beach gives you a fabulous view of those turquoise blues waters while enjoying a tropical cocktail and the delicious Jamaican jerk wings. Dinner at Paralell 23 was delicious in a beautiful setting. The Spa is a must as well - top notch. The staff was incredible as a bag with my special wallet went missing. Ana and Whitney worked with the housekeeping and pool staff and made sure to scour the property and found it! I am so thrilled and appreciate their great effort! Thank you Palms, we will be back soon.
