The Regent Grand

We have stayed with other Grace Bay hotels previously but this stands out above all. The buildings, pool area, beach are immaculate kept as are the suites which are luxurious and spotlessly clean. Equally the staff from all departments cannot do enough to help and are constantly checking if you need anything. We will be back and highly recommended the Regent Grand.

We spent a week here, the room was spotless and very spacious… ocean view fantastic. Front desk staff, Lorraine, Lynda and Tracey also available to help with bookings and taxis. . The staff around the pool and beach supplying water and towels were fantastic. Having breakfast vouchers for two local restaurants made life much easier. 💕😊 We will be back

Resort was breathtaking. Hospitality was phenomenal!! The rooms were clean and homey. The beds were soft and comfortable. Everyone had space to enjoy each others company or time with their significant other. First time out of the country and it will always be a blessed memory!

We are so glad we discovered this property during our extensive research. It was perfect for our type of travel, i.e., laid back, steps away from the beach, and with a well equipped kitchen. We had a one bedroom ocean front suite on the third floor, which gave us views of Grace Bay Beach and allowed us to drift away to sleep with the sounds of the surf. Breakfast was included in our stay at either Julien's Deli or at Beans & Leaves Café. And as an added bonus, all the staff that we encountered were top-notch. Lorraine, at the front desk, took care of any needs we had, arranged tours, and was just a lovely person who always greeted us so warmly. Randall, John, and Jaqueline worked tirelessly to keep the property clean, the pool properly balanced, and made sure we were comfortable and hydrated while lounging at the beach. We enjoyed our conversations with them. David kept a watchful eye on us and on our vehicle, keeping all secure. We enjoyed the smaller size of this resort because we felt very welcomed and acknowledged. We couldn't ask for much more!

This is one of those reviews you hate to write because the resort is SO great, you are afraid it will be "discovered!" The Regent Grand is an impressive resort. The view from the entrance sets the tone - sweeping hues of blue from the pool straight through the building to the beach. Surrounded by lush, well-manicured vegetation, the setting is breathtaking and oh by the way, it's right on Grace Bay beach with miles of opportunity for walking. We had an oceanfront room with full kitchen, living room and balcony, it was kept impeccably clean throughout the stay. The staff work so hard to ensure guests have a great experience - Linda, John, Carlos - thank you! The fitness center is large and well-equipped. The resort is right off the Grace Bay strip within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and a large grocery store. There is a bar at the pool and you can order food to the pool or the beach throughout the day. Breakfast was included in our stay at a fabulous French patisserie just outside the resort's front door. This resort was a special one - we will absolutely be back.
