I visited the Ritz Carlton in Provo with my family of 4, and let’s just say we will definitely be going back. We had a suite and they upgraded us to basically a house, we were so shocked we thought it was joke because of how large it was. We also got access to the club lounge and they had the best food I think I have ever had. Every single meal was incredible. We also visited the beach which was huge and also had catering so you can eat/drink at the beach. Also, we ate the first night at I believe Nona’s Kitchen. An italian restaurant with homemade pasta , I don’t think I have ever wanted another bowl of pasta so fast. Genuinely the best and most authentic dish I have ever had (spaghetti pomodoro) Overall, I was so impressed by everything here. From the kindness of the staff to the food to the room I was so pleased!!

Traveled to T&C for the 2nd time and stayed at The Ritz Carlton with my husband. We had a wonderful time. Our room was a Club Oceanfront King Deluxe Guest room. Check-in at the Club Lounge on the 9th floor with Nadia, a Club Concierge, was seamless, and although our room wasn’t quite ready, we were able to eat lunch, change, and leave our luggage. The room was perfect for the two of us, and we loved having room service from the Club Lounge every morning. Wenderson, one of the club attendants, arrived with a friendly greeting, a carafe of delicious coffee, fruit, and pastries. The Club Lounge itself is a great space with patio tables overlooking the ocean and resort, and the patio is where we enjoyed almost every meal we ate there. We appreciated that the Club Lounge floor rooms are all just down the hall from the lounge itself. Having stayed at Ritz Carlton Cayman last year, you have to walk quite far to get to the lounge, so this was a bonus. One day, we returned to our room to find the Club Lounge team had left me (and us) a wonderful birthday surprise. We loved our Ritz Carlton branded ball caps and a pretty insulated cup for me, along with chilled champagne, a delicious treat, and a lovely note from the whole team. They all go out of their way to make your stay special. We ate most breakfasts and lunches in the lounge, and the food was always very good. They always had hot and cold food options and delicious desserts. We often refilled our travel cups with a drink to take down to the beach, and there was a fridge with soft drinks and beer always available. So, a big thank you to the whole team, our concierge, Sarhan, Nadia, Cris, and Wildley, as well as the attendants Carolina, Yeiry, & Janiel. A special thanks to attendant Wenderson, who really stood out as he served us every day we were there and also brought our room service each morning. We ate dinner at Noori (sushi) the first night, and it was a lovely meal with great service. We also ate dinner at the steakhouse, BLT, on our last night. We had a reservation for 8 pm, we asked to be seated outside and had to wait 45 minutes. We sat at the bar and ordered wine while we waited, but by the time we were outside, it seemed late, and we were the only ones there for most of our meal. The servers were great, but my filet mignon was a little tough, and for those prices, I expected better. My husband did enjoy his meal. Beach service to set you up each day is very efficient. The service for food and drinks our first few days was great, but we both noticed as the weekend approached and more “resident” guests arrived, we had a hard time getting anyone's attention. We ended up setting up on the other side of the beach (closer to the Italian restaurant) for the last few days and thought the service was better. After dinner almost every night, we would hang out at the Lobby Lounge bar where they had live music. We met and talked to lots of lovely guests. It was a fun atmosphere. The service at the bar was great. The water sports team were excellent. We took the Hobiecat out twice and really enjoyed sailing across the beautiful blue water. We booked the Lady Grace Catamaran snorkel catamaran tour through the Club, and that was a wonderful day that we can highly recommend to everyone. Grace Bay beach is absolutely one of the best beaches in the Caribbean and The Ritz Carlton did not disappoint.

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos from December 4th to December 9th, 2024, to celebrate two milestone birthdays—my mother’s 70th and my sister’s 50th. Unfortunately, our experience was far from the luxury and service we expected from the Ritz-Carlton brand. From the start, there were multiple service failures that made our stay frustrating rather than celebratory. Upon arrival, our pre-arranged car service was missing, leaving us stranded at the airport. Despite notifying the hotel in advance about our special occasion, there was no acknowledgment of the birthdays at check-in or throughout our stay. Our room was not properly prepared for three guests, requiring multiple requests for basics like robes, slippers, and water. Housekeeping was subpar—the room was never vacuumed, the carpet had stains, and a painting was missing from the wall upon arrival. Dining was another disappointment, with undercooked pancakes, burnt bacon, and greasy poolside meals, all served with lackluster service. The spa experience was equally frustrating, with misleading billing that resulted in overcharges. Perhaps the most disheartening part was the inconsistent service. While the weekend staff was more attentive, the weekday team was noticeably indifferent. Even after raising concerns with management, the response was minimal and failed to adequately address the issues. We have stayed at multiple Ritz-Carlton properties and expect a high level of hospitality, but this location did not live up to the brand’s reputation. Sadly, it felt more like an average resort rather than a five-star luxury experience. For the price and prestige of the Ritz-Carlton name, we expected far better. We won’t be returning to this location and cannot recommend it.

Don’t even think of this as a Ritz-Carlton property think of it as a lower end Marriott property with service equivalent to something lower than a Marriott guest quarter suites. We sat at a bar they had three bartenders and less than 40 patrons and it took us almost 20 minutes just to get a ginger ale. We spoke to four different people there’s simply no excuse for that. We felt like it was reversed discrimination. Is this what the Ritz Carlton has become? We’re talking horrible attitude from all the servers just terrible. They all need to be retrained. I certainly wouldn’t expect a person of color to be treated poorly anymore than I would expect anyone else to be treated poorly. The food was an Angus premade patty for a burger and sushi that was just average Even though we went at the casino every night, it’s a really blah atmosphere zero thought was given to the casino and there’s not a chance anyone could ever walk you in there pull off the blindfold and have you guessed that it was a Ritz-Carlton property. However, in all fairness, the Casablanca casino looks like it’s a risky place to be so I guess I’d rather be in a boring place then someplace where shootings took place across the street, killing a correctional officer for the United States The water in front of the Ritz Carlton is always cloudy, which is more prone to getting shark attacks compared to Clearwater where the sharks won’t make mistake. You’d be much better off staying at Wymara or any number of properties further to the west on gray Beach where the water becomes clearer and warmer. As a matter fact, it is some of the clearest water you’ll ever see just as soon as you move away from the Ritz Carlton. Also went on the lady Grace, which is the catamaran for the Ritz Carlton, which has a very well designed interior area that’s Erie and not claustrophobic at all and then they’ve got the front deck with the trampolines. We had a lucky trip in that there were a bunch of dolphins swimming along off the bow For quite a while. The captain didn’t seem to be very experienced. His name was Tim and he put us in a more wavy area because they didn’t have any Buoy’s reserved. We waited about 45 minutes to get a buoy. That seemed a little long for a luxury cruise One thing that isn’t mentioned the cruise is that everyone is required to wear these lifers when you snorkel it’s really uncomfortable and you can’t dive at all which feels pretty restrictive. They said it’s because of both traffic of which we saw approximately zero I think it’s just because they don’t want to have to try too hard to keep track of their guests. The food was pretty terrible, some over spiced chicken legs, a mediocre salad, and some turkey club sandwiches that were probably made a day or two before hand. There was also some pasta salad, which I just passed upon. The bartenders, whilst not particularly friendly we’re confident in making Avril spritz’s, and the like and they had plenty of Prosecco on board – that was a nice touch that seemed Ritz like Was it worth the $278. Which was the cost over the $199 price …. Uh nope. There is a St. Regis coming to the island so there is hope . Want good service ? Get Hector the 21 year old waiter at Coco Bistro …he was excellent . Who ever trained this kid should be training all the Ritz staff. Want a nice Ritz? Go to Kansas City or Boston . The brand seems to have fallen .

I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Turks & Caicos just based on the location. Situated right on Grace Bay and just a short walk from the downtown area, this hotel offers the perfect base to explore if you want to leave the property. Everything you would expect from a Ritz, in terms of amenities. Modern accommodations, a spacious gym, infused water stations, several pools, and turndown service. We tried every restaurant and they were all fantastic, from the sushi bar in the lobby to the Italian restaurant on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
