Good but not great. If you have seen one Ritz beach resort you have seen them all. With the exception of their reserve properties they are pretty standard resorts. The service was dependent on where in the hotel you were. The club level service was really good. Kris, Wendy and ? (Another female that worked the desk) were all fantastic at their job and very helpful. The beach was sort of a disaster with the exception of a guy named Calvin who was very nice. I sat on the beach for 2 days and was never asked one time if I wanted a drink or brought a food menu. So about 8 hours of sitting there and was never successful at placing an order. The lobby bar was also a struggle. On Masters Sunday I watched a dozen guests ask the bartenders to turn on the main TV on to the Masters vs the NBA game that no one was watching and they would not do it. Guests were getting frustrated and walking back to their rooms or phones to watch us. Us included. We went to the club and got free drinks vs the bar making the money. Took us 40 minutes to get 1 drink when we went there for sushi one night. The spa was also a miss. Hard to believe the hotel is only a few years old and they missed on the spa that bad. Complete miss and far from a spa experience. We stayed on the 9th floor and the suite above us must have had kids. We could hear them running above us every morning and evening. Was our wake up call every day. Very annoying. Glad we did club level because that was a success.

Ritz, along famous Grace Bay was an exceptional property combined with gracious staff, who worked hard to deliver an incredible guest experience. The Caribbean water in Grace Bay is clearest in Caribbean. The pool/beach side restaurant was very nice and pleasantly accommodating. Recently US Govt put "Turks on upgraded Travel Advisory"; it might be helpful to hear from Ritz Mgmt if security is of any concern. during our May 2024 visit, we did not feel threatened in any way. Easy to recommend this place for an exceptional getaway.

I am so grateful to all the Marriott staff at the Ritz Carlton in Turks & Caicos for making our 50th Wedding Anniversary so memorable. Noelia one of the front desk managers greeted us on arrival and made sure we were exceptionally taken care of. Always checking in on us to see if we had everything we needed. A thousand Thank yous to her! We started off our Anniversary day renting a cabana at the pool. It comes with an ice chest with waters and a bottle of Prosecco and later on a refreshing fruit platter. All the pool staff were amazing. A big shout out to Jean and Calvin. We met the chef Barbara at Coralli restaurant where the breakfast a la carte is top notch. Every day my poached eggs were a perfect medium which is exactly how I like them. On our anniversary night we had made a reservation at BLT the steakhouse on site and once we were seated Barbara walked out with the most beautiful bouquet of roses, along with a sunhat for me and a T shirt for my husband. This was so kind and generous of her. Eduardo the head chef at BLT came out and introduced himself and we were served a delicious appetizer plate . I had the lamb and my husband had a steak which were perfectly cooked. Then we were surprised with a dessert that is chocolate covered in gold and when the sauce is poured over it , it melts. Thank you Eduardo for such a spectacular, delicious dinner.

Excellent resort! The rooms and bathroom are huge with an outstanding view of the ocean and pool! I used the exercise room every day and the equipment was in top condition. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The pool staff was quick to provide towels, drinks and even passed around fruit, popcorn and tropical drink samples in the afternoon. Coffee was available in the lobby each morning. We walked to a nearby grocery store for a few bottles of wine and snacks and there are restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! The only downfall is the airport is a dump and very chaotic. A group of 1st graders could have boarded the plane much better than the local American Airlines staff.

Stayed at the Residence. 3 Bedroom, 4 bath. Beautiful room, ocean view and side view. Property was great. But every single night there was a night club next door with music in which you could hear every lyric and a DJ screaming into the microphone from 11pm-3am. Every bedroom in our unit you could hear it. Put a pillow over your head, still hear it. The best part was when we brought it up to the the staff, multiple of them tried to deny it and said they have never heard this complaint before, but when we looked online, these complaints have been going on since 2022. Finally the manager admitted it, but multiple supervisors said they had never heard of this before. If you get assigned here say NO and ask for a different room. Do not stay here with little kids, they will be up all night. Again, great hotel and I am not sure if you can hear it from the other buidling but the residence was awful.
