The Tuscany on Grace Bay

I stayed 9 nights at this apart/hotel last October (it was during and after a hurricane). The property grounds were immaculately kept. There are the pool and bbq grills for usage if you need them. The security on site was welcomed and kept our peace of mind. The apartment we had was spotless and well-maintained. It had all the amenities you could ask for. It was spacious and the views couldn't get any better. The staff were always there to answer your questions and lend a helping hand. The only thing while I was there was the rough beach. I am hoping that isn't always the case and was due to the hurricane.

We were amazed as we were so welcomed, checked in and brought to our ocean view suite. The suite was exactly what was shown and described on the Tuscany website. Every morning we would comment as to how lucky we were to be at this amazing resort, island and interacting with the local people and visitors. Everything was more than we expected. The housekeepers were fantastic! The grounds were meticulously managed. The front desk staff were always available during the day and by phone 24/7. They even provide a local cell phone for your use included in the price. They were so helpful booking our snorkel and Iguana Island excursion with Caicos Island Charters. We felt safe at all times with gracious security staff at the resort and overall while sightseeing Providenciales in our rental car. Our next beach vacation will be at the Tuscany, in Turks and Caicos!

This was our second time at the Tuscany. It is just great. The apartments are clean and spacious. The beach is beautiful. The area is quiet. The staff is helpful. Evrything is perfect. (I would echo what some people have said -- its NOT a hotel. So if you are expecting that -- there are other places.) But -- again -- place is fantastic. Looking forward to going back.

The Tuscany was a beautiful resort with all ocean front rooms which were very close to the beach. The rooms were very large and immaculate. The kitchen was a great size and open to the dining area. A washer and drier were in our unit as well. The elevator was super fast and quiet. Pool area was beautiful and well maintained. There was security present and we felt safe the whole time we were there. Parking was covered and convenient on the grounds. I would highly recommend staying at the Tuscany!

This place was simply beautiful, the suite exceeded our expectations. Everything was well kept, clean inclusive of all the comforts of home. The property manager, Tierra was fantastic, extremely attentive and every encounter was met with the upmost timely, professional and warm response. She didn’t just check us in and that was it, she made sure we were okay providing us a phone to call her with any questions, needs or concerns. We are already planning our next trip and while there may be other nice places to stay on the island, the Tuscany will always be our first and last choice. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you for maintaining a high standard of employees who cared and demonstrated it by the way we were greeted, the way our suite was cleaned, the way they made sure we were enjoying our trip and just the way they smiled and welcomed us back when we would leave and return.
