The West Bay Club

Mum and I travelled from Australia and after the long trip we felt so welcome at West Bay, a super special shout out to Roshana who went above and beyond for us. We owe her so much for making our trip so fabulous! She helped us choose all our activities including kayaking to see the turtles at Mangrove Cay and a private boat charter. Alongside this she recommended some fabulous restaurants that fit mum and i’s desires. Having no expectations coming to Turks and Caicos it was well superseded due to Roshana’s efforts. Also another shoutout to Gio who was always so lively and making mum and I feel so special. The staff at Westbay really made our trip. Highly recommend!

West Bay Club has continuously proven to be the best and most welcoming stay I've ever experienced at a resort/hotel. I started coming to West Bay Club when I was around 8 years old, and almost 20 years later it stands the test of time as my second home. This most recent trip was my first time coming back in almost 10 years (I brought my best friend with me) and it was the best vacation we could've wished for. There's something very telling in the way a hotel retains staff and stays true to their community, and West Bay Club is a true testament to that. Roshana, the daughter of my favorite bartender (Norman) - who would play dominoes with me and my dad when I was younger - was a ray of light and genuinely an amazing person to be around on this trip. Coupled with Gio, who's energy also permeated the whole resort, these two made me and my friend's stay feel like we were truly home. Raheem (and the whole West Bay Club team that worked predominantly on the beach) only further proved to us that there was something truly special that had remained in the energy of the staff at the hotel. I've visited other resorts on the island and I'm continuously amazed at how they just do not compare to West Bay. All of this to say, we will both most definitely be coming back and have not been able to stop talking about the beyond amazing time we had here. I'd recommend this resort to anyone and everyone that would listen to me talk about it for hours on end.

The BEST place I have ever stayed. I would like to start my review by shouting out the staff—the kindest and most accommodating people I have ever met. Because of them, we will be returning to West Bay Club for another stay. Giovanne and Roshana— what a lovely duo these two hosts are. As soon as we arrived from the airport, they made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, they provided us with anything we needed for our vacation: recommendations, accommodations, or even just a good laugh. They really made our stay worthwhile, and this resort wouldn't be what it is without them. By the end of our trip, we were so sad to leave the island, but honestly, we were more sad to say goodbye to them! Roosevelt— We ate dinner with him one night, and what a treat he was. So kind and hilarious. One of the best servers I've had...even sent us back to the room with extra ice cream for the night. Raheem, Chris, and Paul took great care of us while we relaxed both at the beach and the pool. They always made sure that we were attended to and did it with a smile on their face. The room and views were amazing. The resort was intimate and quiet, providing us with the real ability to relax on this vacation. The place was completely booked, but it really felt like we were some of the only people there. We never had an issue getting chairs at the beach, a chair at the pool, or a seat at breakfast/dinner. My friend and I walked far along the beach on multiple days of our stay, and it was clear that West Bay Club had some of the most beautiful and wide beaches compared to other resorts we walked past. It all felt very private—like it was our own little oasis. I'm not the type of person to write a review, but this is the one place that has moved me to share my thoughts. We will be returning. Beautiful wide beach - compared to other resort locations. The friendliest and most helpful staff!! Clean beautiful rooms with great balconies and gorgeous views. Loved snorkeling near the hotel and on an excursion they set up for us on a boat. Paddle boarding and kayaking so easy to do right from the resort beach. Great restaurants in walking distance. Couldn’t ask for more. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I chose West Bay Club to kick off our 25th anniversary celebration, and it was the perfect choice! We stayed in a one-bedroom oceanfront suite, which was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Even though we were on the first floor, the view was still spectacular, and we loved having an additional sunbathing area. The location was ideal for us—quieter than Grace Bay but still close to plenty of restaurants and activities. We enjoyed riding bikes daily to explore the area, and Grace Bay was just a short cab ride away. The entire staff was consistently warm and helpful, making our stay even more special. A special shoutout to Roshana at the front desk—she is an absolute gem! She was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
