West Bay Club
Roshana was the absolute best concierge! We were celebrating my birthday, our 9 year wedding anniversary and our second baby on the way and she made a baby out of towels and ribbons and a sweet sign as well as lent out her sunglasses to us. She was absolutely the sweetest and made this stay that much more memorable.

The Perfect Getaway
Everything about this trip was wonderful! My wife and I took a much needed 4-day getaway by ourselves and The West Bay Club was as there to deliver on all fronts. The entire staff makes you feel at home and they ALWAYS greet you with a smile. We spent our days taking longer and longer walks up the beach to explore and each time we returned to appreciate what WBC has to offer. They are a beautiful destination away from the crowds and family’s (yet we are one of those family’s most days). The food on site is a 10/10! We ended up eating most meals on site even after we traveled up to the Ritz for lunch (I loved the Ritz but the fish tacos are better at the WBC). The chef at WBC is a hidden gem and I hope they can bring attention to ALL they have to offer. If you are exhausted from your trip and just want a great pizza…. Done!! If you want a nicer, more fancy meal, done!! On Tuesday we enjoyed Seafood night and the Conch Stew and Mahi Mahi was absolutely amazing!! Enjoy this slice of heaven, take time away from your busy lives, and open up to ALL WBC has to offer!

Glad to be Back
We are returning guests and happy to be back.We have been to T& C many times & now West Bay Club is our favorite place.This is our 3rd time here .This resort & it’s staff make for a very special experience.Roshanna is an exceptional concierge & follows up on all of your requests.The resort is located on the most beautiful beach with outstanding views.

Love and relaxation.
The locals in Turks and Caicos were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Their incredible hospitality made us feel so well cared for. I can’t wait to return! A special thanks to Roshana—see you again soon! I hope to revisit sometime next year.

Fun time at West Bay
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel the only caveat was the rain the first few days and when it was cloudy the staff at the beach left the towels sitting on the chairs till the next day. My husband and I stay at many fine hotels and they give towel service immediately, and also remove the old towels to accommodate new guests. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the care on the beach, other then that my kids and my family had a wonderful time. Margaret at the kids club is fantastic, She is on point and engages with the kids. My kids since we been home asked about Miss Margaret and when they will see her again. The staff behind the bar are also fantastic and make the stay a pleasure.

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to West Bay Club. This was our 6th visit and we plan to return many times. Dane and Roxanna are the perfect hosts and they and the whole staff go out of their way to meet every request and assure you have a great vacation.
The units are beautiful with full kitchens, comfortable furniture and a large ocean front deck. The gym and spa on site are convenient.
The beach is the best and it's nice to be on this side of the island. The beaches are wider, the snorkeling is a five minute walk either way on the beach and the grocery store is close. We have been vacationing Providenciales for 15 years and West Bay Club is the best new property there by far.

We spent our honeymoon at West Bay Club and had a wonderful time. The accommodations are beautiful, the beach and pool area always had places to sit, even during the busiest part of the season, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again.
