Reviews for Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa

Very disappointing stay, food and service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We were very excited to stay at this place due to all the nice reviews however, it was very disappointing from the day we arrived. The staff is not friendly at all and they all seem to be in a bad mood at all times and also seems like they do not to like latinos or others who aren’t white. What happened to being inclusive in a town like this? We were told to watch the smoke in the smoking area which makes no sense and the breakfast they advertise is very misleading with very small portions and not fresh baked goods. They advertise a hot tub which was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel but oh surprise it was closed for the season already since they are getting ready to close entirely until the summer. I will not recommend this place and we will definitely be staying somewhere else during the summer when we come back. Very disappointed this was my first experience in Provincetown. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

An Amazing Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

It’s been almost a week since my wonderful trip to Crowne Pointe and I’m still reveling in my time there, from the exceptional service to the wonderful amenities and everything in between. Crowne was an amazing stay, the staff (Chris, Josh, Richard, and more) were amazing and thoughtful, kind and funny; the property is centrally located and perfect for exploring and my room was clean, classic and comfortable. Cannot recommend enough - best staff in PTown.

Wonderful stay at Crown Point Inn

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Crownpoint Inn staff instantly made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our room was spacious and very clean, we had a lovely porch with very comfortable chairs and overlooked a courtyard fountain, which created a very soothing environment. The wine and cheese hour had a nice selection of snacks and great wines as well as sparkling and still water. Breakfast is made to order and the fresh muffins are really delicious. Throughout our stay the staff made us feel pampered and welcomed. The location is perfect, right in the center of Provincetown but up on a hill so you get a nice view and feel like you’re out of the hustle and bustle a little bit.

Exceptional quality accommodations

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the included hot breakfast and wine and cheese in the evening were an exceptional added bonus. Staff was helpful and gave great recommendations of where we could dine and enjoy local musicians. Thank you!

A perfect stay for us

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Point and will come again. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Room was great, private and large. The staff friendly and helpful. A lot of extras come with your stay such as the breakfast which is way better than typical hotel fare, the 5 pm wine hour on the patio where guests get to meet and share stories. The hotel was a block off Commercial St, a perfect location. We just loved our stay
