Lovely historic property
This is a converted convent and very atmospheric. I had room 229, one of the smaller rooms, but OK for someone on their own. Its It was a little disappointing when I saw room 228 and 230 which were large and beautiful. So it is important to take a look at rooms before accepting one.

A night in Puebla
The hotel is centrally located and walking distance from the cathedral, restaurants and shopping. The building is beautiful integrating old and new. We had a very comfortable stay and would chose to stay here again.

3 star hotel in 5 star location
The hotel is in an excellent location in Puebla. The staff was helpful and went beyond to help. The rooms are dated and the carpet smelled musty the very first time we entered the room. The showers and linens were clean. The rooms were on the side of a busy street. the noise may bother some. We did not notice much.

Great hotel if not for trouble with AC flooding
Great hotel and our stay would have been wonderful if it had not been for having to pack up and move rooms at 1am due to our ac not working and leaking water all over our things at 1am. Management didn’t offer any compensation for our troubles, needless to stay we were ready to go! My husbands suit had to air dry, for the wedding we were in town for, due to the ac leaking on it.

When we arrived, the service was terrible. A man just grabbed our baggage out of our hands and wanted money for bringing it. The room is good, but the hotel looks very bad and old, it wasn't even reconstructed. Wi-fi is good, but don't talk to the service there, they will just talk to you as if you were nothing
