Gran Melia Iguazu

A fantastic hotel with amazing views of the falls and easy access to the trails. We stayed in a falls view room in the red level where the service in their lounge was outstanding. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant service was poor in comparison to everything else. Staying at the hotel allows you to walk the trails before opening to external visitors - a great way to avoid the crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

I took the yoga class. It was excellent. Very relaxing and well needed. Especially after so much travel. Jessica was the instructor. She was terrific! She was kind for class was very well organized, and her style and music was fantastic. I would love to return again.

Attentive staff Beautiful kept property Everything was very clean and very spacious The views are outstanding. There were also some activities to choose from and they were well thought out and the staff went out of their way to accommodate vegetarians.

The view from rooms overlooking the falls is excellent. The infinity swimming pool is immense, several hundred feet long with a view of the falls. The hotel is immaculately clean. We had one very good dinner at the restaurant and three bad ones. Breakfasts have large buffets, however the cooking and baking leaves nuch to be desired. Two women at the front desk were quite helpful, others were there doing their jobs of pushing paper.

The best place to live and experience the falls... What a view! We perhaps had the best view of the falls. The hotel service was excellent- good food. The access to the falls could not have been any more convenient. We enjoyed the infinity pool, especially the closeness to the falls.
