Grand Residences Riviera Cancun

The resort is beautiful. The staff is awesome! Liza our concierge made sure we had anything we needed. Only one thing for me was I’m a sink in the bed type person so the bed was a bit firm for me …. The little hand carved figures the staff left each day in our room was pretty cool and the private transportation included to and from the airport was very nice…. Great place to relax and unwind…. Will be back for sure! Oh and Ricardo at the front desk check in was very nice

It was the most beautiful ocean front resort I've stayed at in Mexico. Their staff, including Edmar, Grecia, Jennifer, Melisa, Efrain, Fidencio, Jesus, chez and Rosa were friendly, attentive and made me feel at home and part of their family. It had an Olympic size lap pool, a pool with a swim up bar facing the ocean, two up-scale restaurants and a casual open-air restaurant. You never have to leave your beach chair to be served great food and drinks all day long. And a big thanks to my the dear friend who invited me on this amazing vacation. Can't wait to return. Muchas gracias to the entire staff at Grand Residences.

Grand Residences is my and husband’s top favorite resort to spend a truly relaxing vacation. We keep coming back (as members) because of their unparalleled service, quiet location, dining options and most of all, their outstanding staff. A dedicated concierge to help you even before your arrival. We are very lucky to have a group of them Gustavo Jimenez, Claudia Ramirez and we were assigned this Nov visit with Griselda. Other special mentions that need acknowledgment are: Moncy Munoz, excellent and personable Signature Club agent; Kimberly from front desk is so efficient; pool and rec staff - Efrain, Chez, Fidencio, Jesus, Jennifer, Grecia & Ique are just the best! Felix and Antonio are the best bartenders! Lastly, chef Francisco and asst Melissa worked their culinary wonders. If I can name the staff here, I would as they go above and beyond to make your vacation truly special.

if we are talking about experience, everything is just EXCELLENT!! from the time we arrived ARGENIS took care of our luggage. KIMBERLY checked us in so quickly. Our vacation started with the welcome drinks from best bartender, FELIX! Our lounge chairs were ready by CHEZ, FIDENCIO and EFRAIN, everyday! JENNIFER made sure that we kept up with our dance and water aerobics by KIQUE. Let's not forget Chef FRANCISCO, had filet and risotto during cooking class and WOW! best filet mignon and risotto I'd ever had! Great food and drinks! Excellent service from EVERYONE! If we can stay longer, we would. Thank you for making my vacation enjoyable and relaxing!

The facilities are top class, the food was a wide selection of delicious items; the staff are well-trained and very polite and friendly. Our concierge, Liza, took exceptionally good care of us. We are, in fact, contemplating purchasing a TimeShare so that we can continue to enjoy such an experience in the future.
