Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa

Wow this place is incredible from start to finish. I almost cried with I saw the view from our bed. Fantastic and chill place. Amazing varied tours with excellent guides. Food and drink perfect. Cannot complain about anything. Nicholas the hotel manager made a special effort with everyone.

Everything was perfect - location, hotel/rooms, excursions and staff! We did all the big hikes and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Food was great. Rooms are amazing with spectacular views. Great attention to detail, such as sandwiches/snacks for the journey back to the airport! Highly recommend this hotel.

Tierra Patagonia is an extraordinary place, one of the very best hotels we’ve ever experienced. From our pick up at the airport, the welcome at the front door to the room, delicious meals, gifts on our bed each night, excursions and our final farewell….so many thoughtful touches and quality service. The room was comfy, and the view-wonderful! The excursions were the highlight with knowledgeable and engaging guides. Getting to know the other guests was also a highlight-great conversation with people from across the globe. We also enjoyed massages, pool, sauna, etc. They provided a backpack, walking poles, lunches (they even gave us a sack lunch to take when we left!), charcuterie and beer after excursions….every detail was planned for. The staff was truly top notch, genuinely warm and always greeted us by name and happy to chat. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a very special hotel with an excellent staff. It is our second time visiting in the last five years. Everyone in the hotel made us feel like we were family. They made a point of knowing our first names and always asking if there was anything we needed. Torres del Paine is amazing park, but having a guide from Tierra Patagonia and returning to the hotel with its wonderful food and atmosphere can’t be beat. The hotel architecture is outstanding, and the views from everywhere inside are never ending. We would highly recommend staying here to anybody visiting Patagonia. A special thank you to Nicholas, Kineret and Patricio who were outstanding.

Stunning resort, breathtaking views, delicious food, great service, exceptional guides who are passionate about the terrain, wildlife, and preservation of the culture. Good spa and nice fitness center. Friendly and attentive staff.
