Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa

We spent 5 nights and 4 full days at Tierra Patagonia. It was a magical experience, encompassing beautiful scenery, wonderful food and attentive service. We hiked, ate, drank delicious wine and cocktails and felt very well looked after. The staff were all wonderful. Every single member of the team did whatever they could to make us feel at home. The service was always naturally friendly rather than obsequious or forced. It really felt like people wanted to help. We had the same driver and guide for each day. Both Christopher (our driver) and Rubean (our guide) were exactly what we wanted: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and fun. Rubean was excellent on the trails. His local knowledge of the mountains, flora and fauna was wonderful and we always felt safe and secure. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This place is expensive and well beyond our usual travel budget, but it was so worth it. The architecture of the hotel is stunning. The rooms and common spaces are pure luxury and comfort. The restaurant food is world-class, as are the servers. One of us is vegetarian, and the vegetarian food was equally good and there were many menu options. All of the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. We felt welcome and spoiled. The grounds are lovely. The view of the mountains is amazing. Wildlife can be viewed from the common spaces. Many excursions are on offer. The pool is relaxing and lovely.

Stunning hotel architecture and the best service from all staff - from the guides to restaurant servers! Would recommend to anyone. They made navigating Torres del Paines super easy and relaxing in the most beautiful and relaxing hotel building.

We stayed 5 nights. If I could, I would give this property 10 stars! The service, guides and stunning setting along with the incredible property make this a truly special place. We hiked the 14 miles to the base of the towers and the 10 mile french valley hike. Our guides were knowledgeable, patient and fun. Take time to enjoy the property. The pool with its view is incredible. I had 2 massages both were terrific. Tierea Patagonia is worth every penny!
