Mario at breakfast was great, very friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed the services of Eduardo, Alejandro, and Jorge at the south tower rooftop bar. The only reason I knocked one star is because we did not get the connected rooms we booked and one of the rooms had a lot of small ants around the carpet. All the dinners were delicious.

We always have an amazing time at the Garza Blanca. The facilities are beautiful and they do a great job managing how busy the property feels, even during spring break. The service is impeccable - want to particularly call out Javier at security and Ericka/Javier at Bocados for being amazing!! We will always continue to return.

We loved our breakfast at Blanca Blue each morning. The views were spectacular, a diverse and delicious offering of food, and most importantly the service from Elaine, Mario, Omar and Andres was 10/10. Coffee always full and kids were happy.

This is a horrible ran hotel. This did not work could not get reservations in the restaurants the manger was nice to face but never mad anything better. Some of the staff was great but most need to be trained by a competent person. Not worth the money foe there sub service

Delicious fresh dishes - got prime seating outside and enjoyed the weather! Really enjoyed the crab cake, mussels, and grilled octopus and plan to come back for surf and turf next time. Was taken good care of by martín and rosarío - they were fun and patient as we practiced our Spanish!
