Reviews for Grand Miramar All Luxury Suites & Residences

Amazing scenery in PVR.

Excellent hotel to vacation. We had a wonderful experience with top service, quality and spectacular views all around the hotel. It’s away from the noise and sits at the peak mountain offering some of the best views of Conchas Beach. Whale watching was our favorite, and the sky pool area with live music at dinner time. Truly a great location and service. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, away from the city and friendly service.

We enjoyed the stay here. It's a beautiful hotel with friendly service. We like that it's in a quiet & secluded area AWAY from downtown but only a 5 minute Drive there. The service from everyone was great, ESPECIALLY from Seraphín Hernandez (front desk), Nancy (housekeeping), Mario (bellboy), Alberto (bellboy), Ulysis, Jorge, Abel, Monica in "Cielito Lindo" restaurant, Raul (downstairs pool area), & the gentleman that offers the pool towels in the main floor pools, they were VERY Attentive, Friendly, Pleasant & Professional. Thank you Grand Miramar for a wonderful & relaxing stay. We look forward to returning. Muchas gracias Grand Miramar :)

Not as good as I remember

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Having been to this hotel twice before I was mildly disappointed in its gradual decline. Though the staff try hard, it seems the management have decided to cut costs and increased prices. Most notably the selection available in the included breakfast that has lost in quantity and quality. Particularly notable was the rather stale pastry, the omelettes fried in oil not butter and the feeling that breakfast came right out of the freezer. Also I noticed with sadness the loss of the small shop where you used to be able to get snacks. Now apparently you can only get drinking water or ice through room service, yes no ice machine. The money saving has also killed the welcome margarita when booking in. It’s a little thing I know, but noticed by your repeat customer. $15 service fee? Having paid in advance for our stay we are faced upon arrival with a $15 usd per day “service fee”. Alas the old Mirramar didn’t shake down its customers like that. Disappointing. Previously this hotel felt like a luxury hotel. You were a valued guest. You felt though expensive, it was worth the splurge. The perception now is that it’s just a hotel, quite far out from the town where they put economy before experience. Again the staff are excellent, the management… poor Alas though we have many good memories, we won’t be back.

Loved my stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Loved my stay and room and the whole place. The staff was wonderful especially Alberto Alvarez who is one of the bellman. The only thing that could have been better was the food which was okay to good. taking a taxi or uber into town each day was cheap and easy. I look forward to staying again!
