It was great ;)
The hotel is little outdated, but food is good and the staff is amazing, particularly Karina and Patricio at the beach and Luis and Monserrat at the Cafe Mexico ;) thank you! The beach is gorgeous and lots to do for the kids, 2 toddler pirate ships, one playground.

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
***DON’T COME HERE*** Lobby smells like gas. Cockroaches in the rooms and iguana poo in the pool. Food is disgusting. All I wanted was chips and guacamole and that was not included in the “all inclusive” everything costs extra here. Snack bar is useless as well.

First time in Nayarit
Stayed here as a solo traveller & I upgraded to the club level for better views & for the club lounge. The food was excellent and the service was even better. I enjoyed seeing the familiar faces of Arturo & Sergia around the resort. They made my trip even more enjoyable. The rooms are great with double tubs - one in the bathroom & one on the patio!

We had such great service at the pool with Fernando and Jorge. Extremely friendly and always smiling. We were here for 10 days. They really made us feel well taken care of. The only reason not 5 stars is half the restaurants weren't open which was not mentioned when booking and rooms are "partially" renovated. Not fully also not mentioned. We spoke with Sandra and she was extremely accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Honestly everyone here has been so nice to deal with. Rooms are clean, the beach and pool are fabulous and the Italian restaurant is AMAZING!!
