Hyatt Pune

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Pune, Kalyani Nagar, and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the front office team made a great impression. They were warm, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of, addressing all my queries promptly.

I have to say that I made a good decision to spend mu fiance's birthday at hyatt and it was all worth it. Special thanks to Sapana Urang ( guest relations) for arranging the surprise birthday decorations and small cake cutting arrangement in Sitara terrace area for us. The smile that my fiance had on her face was all that I wanted. Thank you for making this birthday special.

Excellent stay and helpful staff. We celebrated our son's birthday and the team did up the room, had a cake cutting as a surprise. The stay was comfortable with 2 children and our mother. Overall excellent service with great food too! Will highly recommend

Our stay at Hyatt Pune was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the warm hospitality and thoughtful service from the entire team, especially Ms. Krati from the Guest Relations. Even before we arrived, Ms. Krati made sure everything was seamless. She pre-arranged our airport pickup, handled our check-in in advance, and welcomed us with a personalized note and treats for our 10-year-old son, making him feel extra special. She even helped us plan our city exploration and arranged a fun pizza-making activity for him—turning our stay into a truly memorable experience. Dining was another highlight. Our dinner at Sitara was fantastic, thanks to Pritam’s attentive service. Breakfast at Café 88 was outstanding, with a great spread and exceptional care from Bigrai, Sani, and Mr. Chetan. The Garden Suite was beautiful, spacious, and came with a private outdoor area, adding to our comfort. Housekeeping by Sahil was perfect, and Mr. Santosh ensured a smooth airport pickup. Hyatt Pune has set a new benchmark for hospitality for us. With such a dedicated team, amazing food, and thoughtful gestures, we can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay loved the staff so helpful. They attended to every request I made. This is my first time in Pune and surely most memorable one. Wonderful hotel, excellent location right in the heart of the city. So close to airport. THE BEST ONE.
