Nice Hotel for business and family stays.
I stayed in this hotel multiple times and I am providing my review based on my multiple stays. This place contains all the facilities like cozy rooms, nice pool site, multi cuisine restaurant and very much comfortable in all the aspects, especially its staff is very-very co-operative and knows to take care of their guests like their family members.

Comfortable and Memorable

We were extremely satisfied with the room service provided by Firoj. He was attentive, prompt, and ensured all our needs were met, making our stay more enjoyable. His excellent service was truly appreciated and also the room was nice . We would definitely visit once more

Staff like Kanchan Panjwani and Arjun make every organizatian success
I am especially pleased with the work of your hotel's staff manager Kanchan Panjwani. He noticed that I was having trouble at the checking counter and was standing to welcome the guests. He came from behind the desk and asked me what the problem was and made my checking process easy. He made my wife and children comfortable and gave them a place to sit. He took care of us until we got our luggage and reached our room. He also said that if you face any problem, you can call zero number. My name is Kanchan. If you face any problem, we are here for you. I and my calling are here. This is the only reason that we decided to stay in your hotel for one more day and extended our stay. Really appreciate it.Staff like Kanchan Panjwani and Arjun make every organizatian a success

Amazing customer service
I had a wonderful experience staying at your hotel during my last business trip. The professionalism and warmth your team exuded made me feel quite at home. Special Mention to the restaurant staff Khushbu, Pradnya, Sherwin, Ashwini and Pritam as they were very kind and helpful. Especially Khushbu on going out of her way and resolving my WOH issue it wasn't her role, but she proactively came back with a resolution. Amazing customer service. Also I heard that Ashwini is moving out. Don't know why, but would really appreciate if you could retain such amazing employees. Thank you!
