Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana

Words cannot describe how PERFECT our family vacation was to Ziva Cap Cana. I have to start with the thing that blew me away…the service! Everyone from the servers, the housekeeping staff, the security staff to the hostesses were so kind, helpful and had a smile on their faces. It felt so warm and welcoming staying here. The COCOONZ STAFF! Deiby, Santa, Yessenia, Anyeli, Luis and Erika were all outstanding service members and made delicious drinks too! Grey, the hostess at La Chinola, always was so welcoming and engaging with us and our kids. Sheleft an impression on us Josue did a great job serving us on the beach and brought the energy. Santo, our club concierge made sure to check in with us daily to make sure our day was great and helped with any planning. On top of service, the hotel grounds and amenities were unmatched. Water park, kids club, the pools, beaches, bars, restaurants and gym were great! Food options and variety were also the best all inclusive experience I have had. The staff also did an excellent job keeping the hotel grounds and common areas pristine and clean. We appreciated the movie nights and entertainment for the kids throughout the day and evening. Will recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends and cannot wait to go back!

Had a great time. The service was great. I give 5 stars to the bartender Raul at the bar the Twisted Timber. He made the BEST cocktails I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in Portland and Chicago! Some details missed like lights out in pool bathroom or elevator mirrors not cleaned. But over all a really good experience.

I can't say enough about our experience. The customer service was a standout. Franco, our butler, was highly responsive and helpful. The cleaning and maintenance staff, baristas, bartenders, servers, front desk staff, etc. were helpful and cheerful (they seemed to like working there, which makes a big difference). We hope to come back again!

This resort is the nicest I've ever been to. I have been on several trips to a resort for a week and my week would feel fulfilled and at the end. But after a week here, I felt like I could stay several weeks longer. The pools are a great temperature and in immaculate condition. The bars Spiritz and Cocoonz have great service, very nice staff, and delicious cocktails. All staff was very nice especially Deiby, Anyeli, Yessemia, Erika, and Santa who all work at the Cocoonz club bar. Food at all locations was delicious and fast to come out of the kitchen. The club lounge, Bosque, was clean, had great music playing, had great food no matter what meal time it was, had nice employees, and a quiet place to sit at a bar. Though I didn't participate in many activities, there were many things to do every day all around the resort for all age levels. Our balcony view was beautiful, our room was always stocked with snacks and drinks, the room service was quick and yummy, and the turndown service always kept our room perfect. The water park had enough variety to keep my family occupied for hours each day, and had delicious food trucks. The entertainment was great each night and they always had the perfect amount of time for the show to keep me on the edge of my seat and excited the whole time without getting bored. All employees who interacted with guests spoke near perfect English and were very helpful. The water sports center was once of my favorite parts. I tried the snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and the Hobie wave (sailboat). They're very easy to use, and the lesson Mario we got was extremely quick and effective. This resort has many amenities, food options, swimming locations, seating options, and places to unwind. If I could sum this place into one word, it would be paradise. If you're on the line about going here or a different resort this place is the way to go.

Great vacation- amazing resort! No complaints! Aqua gym with Jose was great! Walma who handled our transportation and baggage was also phenomenal! Booking a cabana ahead of time was the best idea and yefri was so helpful to get us chairs and anything we needed. Kids club was a big hit with the kids
