Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

This resort has a HUGE pool footprint. They are everywhere. You won't feel crowded. Bar service at the beach and poolside is awesome. Very short waiting time. Rooms are super clean. Room service is free and fast. It seems everyone there is bi-lingual, so language was never a problem. Food was great. The only issue I had was with the beer selection. They had one selection only! That's it.

We travelled as a couple on the Secrets Royal Beach side and have access to the Dreams. While we were there we met up and chatted with Daniel R. It was nice to see him again. What we like is having dinner at the Portofino, but best of all is having a drink at the preferred bar where Isa the bartender is very courteous and fun to talk to. At one point he took the time to explain the differences between the Dominican Rums. He was very knowledgeable. Yes I bought a bottle at the airport. Will definitely go back for drinks and great food.

We had the best holiday here for my moms wedding. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly which made our holiday even better . Angel , Jonathan , yafreisy castillo , Lucia , Carlos , jennifer , Alba , Andy , Sebastian and the beautiful lady (with green eyes )and the man she worked with on the bar outside the world buffet dolroia (grotto bar). ALLLLLL staff were fantastic hes just a few names I managed to get . Thank you all so much. I’m definitely coming to bring mom and dad back for there anniversary xxx Thank you to the cleaners and every single worker / service workers ❤️❤️❤️

We had our wedding here, Danilka was brilliant and made everything perfect. She went above and beyond anything we expected Jose was our personal concierge, very tentative and responsive to our requests Absolutely loved being privilege guests and were expecting this but we certainly made the most of it There were 17 in our group and everyone agreed that this was the best holiday ever If I had to pick fault I would say we couldn’t always get in the restaurants and at times waiting 2 hrs to get in for dinner. Also people put towels on the beds very early and block them which made it difficult to find beds together as a large party. The hotel clearly states this is not their policy but guests obviously chose to stay ignore this. Also not all staff spoke English which at times was difficult but to be expected I guess, was not a problem Beautiful beach, amazing holiday and perfect wedding. Can’t fault it. Would definitely recommend for wedding/holiday and will go back in future. Staff were all amazing and polite.

Wonderful resort, staff is very attentive and friendly. Rooms were very clean and well stocked. Resort is well laid out. Special shout out and thanks to Sebastian at front reception, Dolores at poolside drink services, Raquel at housekeeping, Wilfredo & Freddy at Oceana and Juan at the bar; you all made our experience enjoyable.
