The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club

Our family had an amazing experience here, we can’t wait to go back! The pictures don’t do the beach or resort justice. The staff were above and beyond, so helpful and friendly. The pool was great for kids and we loved the options for food. We won’t stay anywhere else in the DR.

This was our second wonderful stay at the Westin and it won't be our last! It was the ideal setting and experience for de-stressing and re-energizing. Service was excellent in all aspects. HOTEL: The Westin is located in a safe & prestigious private home and golf community, Punta Cana Resort & Club. You pay a small resort fee which gives you access to gorgeous private beaches, the spa, excellent restaurants and community amenities like bike rides, kayaking, kids' activities, etc. A free shuttle service takes you anywhere in the community. I encourage you to grab a bike and explore the community. You'll see rows of celebrity homes on walks along private beaches. FOOD: hotel is not all-inclusive but we loved the delicious breakfast bar & omelette station that was included. There is no shortage of lunch & dinner options both within this resort community and in PC Village. We had excellent dinners at Brassa at the Westin but our favorite was La Yola on the water, 5 min via shuttle. The food and service at both were excellent!!! BEACH: Westin is quiet and relaxing yet family friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained & the beach is gorgeous with plenty of comfy loungers, beds, and tables & chairs. It's very private so you won't see rows of hotels on the beach nor crowds of people from other places. ROOM: all have pool and ocean views. Our premium king room on the 3rd floor was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Bed was super comfy with good pillows and quality linens. Bathroom was huge and rain shower was fabulous. We had plenty of space and drawers in the dressing room; not your typical hotel room. Bonus: robes, slippers, safe, and coffee bar. OFF-SITE: PUNTA CANA VILLAGE & BLUE MALL are a short Uber or taxi ride away. Both properties offer great shopping and restaurants. Our favorite restaurants- Mamma Luisa Italian and Don Pepe in PC Village which also has live music and a gorgeous Christmas light display at night!

This establishment was amazing right from the beginning to the very end. Juan Moya's beautiful smile and top-notch professionalism overwhelmed me from the beginning. The speedily check-in process and discussion of amenities, activities, and excursions within the area were well covered. Mr. Moya is an asset to "The Westin," and everyone else was very pleasant and accommodating. Ms. Estrella ( housekeeping specialist) was very attentive and pleasant during my entire stay. The beautiful beach, the upkeep of the property, and everything was just amazing . Thank you, "Westin Puntacana Resort & Club, for making my stay a memorable and unforgettable one.

Our stay at the Westin Punta Cana was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning beauty of the hotel and its pristine beach. The service was top-notch, truly elevating our experience. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, but we'd especially like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the hotel manager, Jordi. Jordi's commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience is truly commendable, and we are incredibly grateful for his efforts. This is a place we'll absolutely return to, and we highly recommend the Westin Punta Cana to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway!

Second visit to this beautiful property. First time we came with 3 kids, this time just the 2 of us. We loved how it was affiliated with 3 other restaurants nearby where you could charge it to your room. La Yola Restaurant had great food and was right by the Marina. We also tried Bamboo which is the restaurant at a Boutique Hotel in the Punta Cana Resort and Golf area. Both of these restaurants you can charge to the room. Both are worth going to. The beach and ocean at The Westin are exceptional, with white sand and lots of chairs and a bar on the beach. The property is very well kept and the service is very good. Most rooms look onto the pool beach area. There is also an all exclusive option available.
