Only tried the lobby bar…Overall…OK, but be ready for bartenders to be talking among themselves across the bar and texting while you wait for service. They make you feel you are disrupting their loud conversations. When you order, I suggest you order everything you want as you he might not come back for 10-15 minutes.

Amazing location and resort. Rooms spacious and clean. Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Beach was clean. Property was beautiful and clean. Staff were very nice. This was my favorite vacation. Pools were clean. Plenty of chairs on the beach so no need to reserve one. Kite bar staffer Juan took really good care of us. All the restaurants on site were delicious. Bao was not my favorite but hubby lived it. Arena was my favorite. Free shuttle to local attractions.I can not wait to go back

The bed in our room is soft. Too soft, soggy. The service in this hotel is terrible. Servers move so slowly. Twice we've cancelled our drink orders because they came after the food. It doesn't seem like the employees care much about customers. The food quality is horrendous. A Caprese wrap by the pool was sliced, refrigerator cheese sticks for cheese and a greasy tortilla for the wrap. Breakfast is junk food and packaged yogurt. The omelette station was good. Food in the Arena restaurant by the water- not good. Greasy (I mean swimming) pizza was the best we could do. Of all of it, the worst is the service. It feels bad to have people so obviously not care about the customer's experience.

Beautiful property. Quiet and relaxing. The service is good, but could be better. I had a very poor experience with front desk/billing dept over a $100 charge I never made. I spent a lot at this property and for them to charge me an additional amount without proof tells me a lot. Probably my first and last time I visit the Westin in Punta Cana.

The Hotel and location is amazing. However, the service is horrible. My airpods went missing and last tracked at the employee entrance to this day I can still track them. The Hotel did nothing even when I called Marriott Customer Service they couldn't get a manager from the Westin on the phone. This Westin is a franchise and they are suppose to follow Marriott rules they don't. It has been a month and nothing from the hotel directly. We also got someone else's dinner charged to our room which was another battle. The food is great, hotel is very nice but service is terrible and shaddy. Track your room charges and lock up your valuables.
