Exceptional Red Level lounge
Red Level never disappoints and this hotel was no exception. Our hostess Berry was fantastic. She was friendly and helpful. Perfect spoken English and professional at all times. Such a beautiful lady - inside and out. There was always a wide range of food and drinks in the Red Level lounge. Such a pity that we were the only guests enjoying it. The hotel although some distance away from the city center is very close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Excellent stay!!
Superb Gran Melia hotel in Xian! Stayed in Red Level room with access to Red Level lounge. The lounge is open from 10am to 10pm every day. Alcohol and soft drinks served all day with happy hour between 5.30pm to 8.30pm where hot food and canapes are served. Fantastic service and great ambience! Good location as well. You can walk to nearby shopping mall and restaurants. Swimming pool and gym very modern with plenty to to keep you occupied. Spacious and swish! The wow factor...

Gran Melia Xian a FANTASTIC place TO REST AND ENJOY.
It was great to be in this Hotel. They treated us incredible well. The installations are very good and rooms are superior. We would like to thank specially to the LEVEL Team and Berry, they were extremely nice. Thanks again and we will come back for sure.

Outstanding stay
We had an outstanding experience here! We’ve stayed in five star hotels in over 60 countries, and this was one of our favorite experiences. We stayed on the Red Suite level and enjoyed the service and suite size. The furnishings were not the most modern, but everything was immaculately clean and well organized. Even with a bit of OCD review, I could not find a stray hair nor piece of dust anywhere. Berry and James offered us personalized, kind and efficient service in the Red Lounge every day. The breakfast offerings were the second best and most diverse we’ve experienced across hundreds of hotels. The location is perfect for seeing the city. I don’t understand why more people don’t stay here, but it’s amazing. So glad we stayed here and hope to come back. It’s a resort within a city. Please stay here. You won’t regret it.

Good view
We had a good stay. Staff were caring and attentive to foreigner guest. They spoke English. If we got chance to go back,We will come back !
