Millbrook Resort

We had stayed at MillBrook way back when new and it was lovely, our suite also had a lovely fairway view. This trip, despite the cost, of $2960.00 for 4 x nights, we were put in suite # 108 which was like an awful underground bunker. It was at the rear of and under other apartments with zero view in any direction, and as cold as charity. To add insult to injury, we suffered lots of noise from the adjoining and above apartments, which was very annoying. At check in, we were told that we were being put in a lovely and freshly refurbed suite. It may well have been refurbed, but try Zero electrical outlets in the bathroom ! The only accessible outlet ( other than the kitchenette) was at floor level, under a table in the bedroom, resulting in my wife (@74) having to sit on the floor to blow dry her hair. We were not advised that we could park closer to our suite on arrival, thus we were walking to the back of the public car park each time we went out - We ate at the hole in one restaurant, the first night and did not have a good experience, so we did not go back. All in all a miserable unenjoyable experience, so we won’t be back.

The service is possibly the best i have ever experienced. T team were so friendly, genuinly happy and always eager to help. There was so much pride andin what they did and this was with everyone i interacted with. It was awesome, fabulous. words just can't descibe it. My golf was average 🤣but evreytrhing else was out of this world

Stayed 10 nights at Millbrook resort in a one bedroom villa with kitchen. We were there for the New Zealand Open Golf tournament. All the staff we encountered at the resort were always happy to help, nothing was ever too much for them. Will definitely be back soon!

Millbrook Resort is a luxury resort. I brought my whole family for a holiday .The staff made us feel like royalty from the time we arrived . I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Arrowtown. The food, the service and the luxury accommodation with views of the countryside was wonderful. This was our 2nd time staying at Millbrook and we hope to return someday soon.

This was our third stay at Millbrook and every visit has been amazing. The set up of the resort, the attention to detail from all the staff and their friendliness is great. We played golf on the Remarkables and the Coronet courses which are in excellent condition, the Coronet being our favourite. We stayed i. One of the small cottages which was so cosy but with plenty of room. We ate at Hole In One and had breakfast which was always great.
