Clean and safe hotel at good location. Great value for business travelers. There is a modern Shopping mall close to the hotel. Use of taxi may be needed if you like to experience Queretaro's old town.

I paid for the room rate for 10 days when I checked in, stayed for 5 days, checked out on August 22nd, but so far I have not received a refund for the room rate (it has been almost a month), sent multiple emails to the front desk to inquire about the refund progress, no response

This is my 2nd visit to Queretaro for business. I liked this hotel much more than a similar hotel in the area.

Hotel does a great job of catering to travelers that are not fluent in Spanish. Staff is very friendly and work diligently to resolve any issues that arise during your stay.

Very happy. I have stayed here several times so far. For one person stay is great. I only used their rooms with two queen bed or one king size. I have not tried their suite.
