Our family's stay at Sage Cliff Resort and Spa was unfortunately a major letdown. It quickly became evident that this hotel is far from family-friendly, especially during the winter months. The lack of basic amenities was shocking. The absence of microwave ovens in the rooms, even for families with young children, was incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of water heaters for coffee, a standard feature in even budget hotels, was frustrating. The resort's design choices were questionable, particularly the large, accessible windows in the bathrooms. This lack of privacy was unsettling, especially for families. The dimly lit pathways, devoid of any signage, made nighttime navigation a hazardous affair. The staff's indifference and lack of helpfulness further compounded the negative experience. The limited parking options, especially for larger vehicles, were a major inconvenience. And to top it all off, many of the amenities were closed during the winter season, severely limiting the recreational opportunities for guests. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Sage Cliff Resort and Spa, particularly for families. It's a disappointing choice that falls short of even basic hospitality standards.

We ate at Tendrils Restaurant! LOVED IT1 Wish we had stayed the night. Resort is beautiful! Service in Tendrils was great! Server was Sarah L. The host in the lobby was friendly and so was the restaurant host. Food was delicious! Highly recommend.

Yuck! we stayed in the cliffhouse - both the property and service was very very disappointing. Old, outdated, filthy, damaged, and unprofessional - thats the best I can describe it - we were certainly willing to spend the money, that is not the issue- let the pictures speak for itself

How did I not know about Sagecliffe sooner! I visited this wonderful resort in Quincy, WA with my husband and two young kids this week and had such a great experience! We stayed at one of the Cliffhouses and couldn't believe the breathtaking views. The heated outdoor pool was perfect for our whole family. The kids spent hours in the pool while my husband and I could just relax and get some quality time together. The fresh pizzas by the pool was such a great touch (steak/garlic topping is to die for!) The restaurant and spa are all top notch at this resort. They even have actual pickleball courts! Highly recommend visiting Sagecliffe next time you need a getaway!

We stayed in Condo 9C for 2 nights during a concert weekend. I unfortunately never had a chance to stay on this property when it was owned by CaveB, and my understanding is that the grounds have not been well maintained since the transition of ownership. The condo was nicely prepared for our arrival: AC on and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with lots of extra towels, plenty of toiletries and everything we needed to cook. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck after dark. We ordered a pizza from Tendrils early in the evening to have as a late night snack after the concert and it was delicious. Now for some feedback: Inside the condo the bathroom fan was dirty, maybe it’s just not on the housekeeping list to watch for. The cabinets had things like blankets and sheets just stuffed into them, making it seem like they could be used/dirty from prior guests. The grounds…. The biggest area for improvement. So many weeds are everywhere. It was super apparent that more landscaping is needed when I noticed the pot next to the main reception entrance had weeds in it. There were tons of weeds growing around the sidewalk and curbs in front of the main building as well. Kochia is not pretty like lavender. We noticed a fair amount of garbage in the vineyards and trellis that is in need of repair (falling over) too. I’m a farmer with vineyards so I know how much labor it takes to keep up with these tasks and it should be reasonable to expect at a resort like this. The pool and restaurant umbrellas are extremely faded and need replacement. The pool area I’m sure was once very beautiful with the central pond but it is in great need of weeding, building and landscaping repair. Bring your own ice water to the pool and don’t expect any kind of service while there. Would I stay here again for a concert? Yes! Would I ever consider staying here any other time? No. Would I ever host a wedding here? Absolutely not unless they step up groundskeeping tasks and make it a priority. It could be stunning and draw visitors outside of concert season. What I observed is a once great property going downhill.
