A beautifully maintained and renovated old hotel in a great position in the old town of Quito. The service was faultless but the price for an average sized room including breakfast was very expensive for accommodation in Quito. The breakfast was also very good.

Greeted by smiling faces and a warm welcome followed by a welcome drink. Check in was quick, easy and we were soon in our room. Wow what a comfortable bed and pillows. Water was always replaced every day and there are also water stations. There is a terrace on the top floor where you can see a lot of the old town, great place to drink a cocktail from the bar. We also found out about the quest to be carbon neutral ++. A 10 out of 10 for me :)

Fabulous hotel on the main square in Quito old town. Lovely staff and great cocktails! Roof terrace with excellent views of the city and Madonna with wings. All the old city is in walking distance. We felt safe and enjoyed the local food and finding quirky artisan shops.

Beautiful hotel in the Old Town on Quito. We stayed here on multiple occasions on our trip to Ecuador and Galapagos Islands this year. We used the hotel as our base between places. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable, clean, with luxurious bedding! Comfy beds and a good nights sleep was had! We ate int he restaurant, and the empanadas are highly recommended. The staff were very attentive and nothing was any trouble. We also sat out on the roof terrace enjoying the evening views across the square. Space heaters on the roof terrace available in the evening chill, and staff offered us blankets too. However, being hardy Scots we could weather the evening chill in T shirts!! Great hotel, with great views, amazing staff and worth every penny. We loved it. Great location in the Old Town and within walking distance of the Cathedral.

Beautiful hotel! The views of the plaza are amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast every day was top notch. We spent 3 nights in the hotel and wished we had more time. Definitely recommended for families looking to see the beauty of Quito.
