Heritance Aarah

We enjoyed a wonderful trip and Heritance Aarah is a stunning destination. The Heritance team were particularly helpful from our arrival in Male to our departure from there. A very relaxing environment with excellent food and top notch service. A particular mention to our butler, Kunal, who looked after us superbly. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile on his face.

Beautiful place. We originally were staying on the beach and the room was lovely, but I wanted to have a look at the sea villas. Omg. Amazing. Two floors, your own plunge pool, two bathrooms, kitchen, endless drink! Definitely recommend. This room gave you access to its own private restaurant, where the breakfast was ala cart and far superior to the buffet breakfast. Food was good, Mediterranean restaurant was very good, Japanese was great. The other were fine, but they seem so intent on doing fine dining. For example, the Maldivian restaurant was a tasting menu and it was over the top and not great. The room was not great either, but the sky bar above was very nice. Seafood restaurant, again trying to be too fancy.. the drinks were excellent, really well made and good brands. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Our butler, Kunal was incredible. Very good at his job and very knowledgeable, very helpful, nothing was too difficult. The private villa bar, the barman there was fantastic. Travelling there was no problem, 40 mins from Male. Would I go back? I was a bit sceptical it being an all inclusive hotel, but it was very very good.

My wife and I had 1000’s of choices of where to celebrate my 60th milestone birthday. We chose to return to Heritance Aarah after visiting for the first time in October 2023! Why, one may ask? For us it was simple… The entire staff. We had our same Butler Preetham, which we think is the “Butler Of The Year” in our book. He looked after us like we were his only guests and he had several under his care. Chef Jayalal took very special care of us with his “Super Chef” talents. Always with a smile. He is just one of the many super talented, international award winning chefs on the team lead by Executive Chef Silva. It was great to see and interact with all members of the culinary team… new additions and those we met before. Every meal was delicious. We especially enjoyed seeing Dinu, Toddy, Alsan and Tharaka again. They remembered us and we never forgot them. They are etched into our memories forever. We met a few new members of the team that we will also remember for many years to come… Sheriff, Nalaka, Afrah, Damit, Chameera and many more. Special thank you to the new Restuarant Managers that ensured we had a great culinary experience! There is a whole world to see & experience… But I think we will be back! Until next time… PEACE✌🏾

An excellent resort. Amazing beaches and first class experience from the moment we arrived. Our butler, Kunal, attended to our every need, ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. Spacious beach villa with amazing views from our bed. Room attendant, Niaz was excellent, keeping the room clean, tidy and fully stocked. Our favourite restaurant was Ambula, serving signature dishes, with great service.

Stunning resort where the staff simply cannot do enough for you. From arrival being welcomed so warmly and swiftly checked in and given our bearings around the island before our first dinner which our butler had booked for us. Our butler, Kunal, was exceptional. Always ready to take us here or there, ready to help in any fashion from advising on trip timings to helping organise spa times which fitted best with other planned excursions. He manner and approach to his job is exemplary and Heritance have truly found a gem and he deserves all the praise he gets
