The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa

I checked into the Westin just before midnight January 4, 2025 after walking 3 miles from my home in Mission Hills CC next door. I had lost my phone earlier that day and was locked out of my house as I Ubered home. The next morning as I was checking out I told my story to Coleman at the front desk and said I was walking home as my husband told me we had a hidden key. Coleman said no you are not walking and called me a Lyft on his personal phone. That is stellar customer service. And I started my day from there with a smile. Later I found my phone wedged under the car seat. Thank you Coleman and the Westin trains them right!

Very poor customer service. Employees were unfamiliar with the property, could not answer questions, and were rude. And despite plenty of employees, cups were left in the lobby tables overnight. Didn’t even bother to clean up. Rooms are corporate - more of a convention vibe. Not at all pleasant. Would never return here.

The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa has it all! I travel for work up and down the West coast, and this location is perfect for any type of experience. From the beautiful landscape of the mountains to the pristine greens and fairways of the golf course, to the luxury of sitting in a pool cabana - this resort provides something for everyone. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff was so positive and accommodating throughout our stay. A big thank you to Jose Galimidi, who makes sure his staff stays attentive to your every need, to make sure each guest feels like a part of their Westin family. If you have kids, don't forget about the Happy Hour each day at the Pinz & Pints bar and arcade - your kids will enjoy all the games and bowling available. If you're looking for adult activities, the spa, fitness center, and tennis courts are the best. Pinzimini is a phenomenal restaurant on-site, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. A big shout out to Omar behind the bar there, as he is a top-notch bartender that generously caters to any request! We celebrated NYE this past week, and The Fireside Lounge did not disappoint for the ball drop! Please believe me and move this resort to the top of your next vacation list! The entire experience was wonderful. The site is beautiful, the room was comfy, and the spa services were absolutely amazing. The staff made the entire experience welcoming and fun. The resort is beautiful with so many things to do. Next time we are planning on booking more days to experience more of the amenities.

We just checked in and Coleman greeted us with a smile, made us laugh, was very kind to us and the gave us champagne. What is not to love about the Westin Rancho Mirage who has beautiful people like Coleman working for them. Thank you Coleman. We will be back.
