InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa

Well what can I say we have just got back from the most amazing 15 nights stay at this hotel. I am not sure where to start We arrived early hours off the morning due to a very delayed flight, check in was smooth and was taken to our room. When we walked in it was Amazing. We had been given an upgrade (thankyou so much). When we arrived we had treats left out for us. Thankyou to ALL the staff at the hotel there are too many to personally thankyou, as the staff were all so friendly, helpful and made our stay even better. The pool was big and clean, no problems getting a sunbed, the staff around the pool very friendly bringing you water when needed. Lots off sunbed at the beach. We ate at saffar restaurant for breakfast lots off different choices to suit your needs Thankyou for the Peppermint tea ❤️. In the evening we ate at No Ho and Levant restaurants we could not fault the food or the service. Also had the afternoon tea at Ramsa the lobby bar this was such a lovely treat for us. We stayed on a half board dine around basic and had lots of choice. On our wedding anniversary we came back to a decorated room this was such a lovely touch. On our last morning at breakfast we were brought a lovely little cake that said see you soon this was so lovely. Thankyou to Monsaf and Juliet for everything you did for us. See you again next year.

This was our 4th visit and yet again even better than the last one. -We stayed in Villa 12 and it was again a very pleasant stay. Check in - Daigham & his colleague helped with smooth check in. The staff very considerate and helpful. - The Villa 12 side had No noise in the bedroom from the constructions going near the Hotel. The hotel website says up-till what month the construction will go on. Beautiful breathtaking views. - In the room balcony they have installed clothes drying rack which is a good addition. - Kids club was bit overcrowded with nannies but the staff was very kind and attentive Melanie & her team was great. -Dinner was good on both evenings with lots of variety. Breakfast on both the days was very good. Staff at the restaurant were so kind Avi the dining manager has brought in some real good changes with more options. Dora, Rechelle & Vineeth looked after us very well at the restaurant. - can’t wait to try out the new beach bar which is newly built but was not yet open. Good thing with the beach bar is now there will be quick toilet access nearest to the beach and you don’t have to go all the way in the main building. Had a lovely weekend break thank you 😊

Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. The property is quite large so that there is plenty of space to enjoy a sunbath during the day. The private beach is just in front of the hotel and easy to reach. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the dining options were good. The whole staff was friendly and helpful.

One of the best experiences if not the very best Everything was perfect and most of all the service and friendliness of staff Amazing views and hotel with great breakfast and restaurant options Will definitely visit again If you are looking no for that exhaustion C getaway, I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed

Everything was perfect. Great time and great staff. Room was great, food was great. Housekeeping was great. Would love to visit again and have a chat with hafeez lad the housekeeping supervisor. Lovely guy. Overall the staff was brilliant and space in nice.
