The Bellmoor Inn & Spa

Great hotel. Shuttle to the beach was convenient even though it was 2 blocks away. Tesla charger was a bonus for my car

Our stay at The Bellmoor was reminiscent of the lovely boutique hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip last year; quiet and quaint with vintage decor. Complimentary amenities included breakfast, where we found an omelet station and a variety of hot/cold foods. The dining area lead out to a nicely manicured garden and seating area with fire pit. Tea and coffee was offered throughout the day, and in the afternoon, fresh baked cookies to go with. Towels for the beach or pool were also readily available, and the Bellmoor even provided a cart to shuttle us to and from the beach. It's actually a short walk, unless beach chairs are involved. We were more than happy to have the personable Jim give us a lift. He also recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant which we really liked, so thank you, Jim! For EV owners, the garage has two chargers, one Tesla and one non-Tesla. We were the only guests with a Tesla, so the charger was always unoccupied. Searching for one is often a minor inconvenience, so we truly appreciated not having to go out of our way for a charge. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and we would absolutely return to the Bellmoor again.

Nice quaint, getaway spot for relaxation & pamper me day. Everyone (staff) was really friendly & helpful.

Stains on floor, popcorn ceiling, black mold in the shower, tiles broken in the bathroom, lights not working in tub, for what’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel, it felt more like a 2.

I went to The Bellmore Inn & Spa in August with my son, daughter-in-law and 15 year old granddaughter. We stayed in the Gardener’s Cottage which is advertised to accommodate 4 guests. The upstairs bedroom had a king bed which was fine for my son and daughter-in-law. The downstairs bedroom had a queen bed and was a small room. My granddaughter slept on the couch off the kitchen. There was only one very small shower located in the kitchen area. This shower was filled with mold. The downstairs bedroom did not even have a mirror. There was an attached porch that was dirty and had broken screens. The breakfasts on our first two days was good (weekend), by the last day we opted to eat out as the choices were very limited. Upon checking out I was asked if I had asked about any specials they had when I made the reservation. I did not as I had no idea that they had specials. I was told that was too bad as I could have saved money but it was too late now. I wrote two emails to the spa, both of which have been ignored.
